Very helpful, I bought 2 beds years ago and I’d lost the bolts over time. I emailed to ask if I could purchase a new set of bolts and I was sent a whole pack for free. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic, innovative products that literally nobody else on the market is replicating. I've had half a dozen products from Xrocker now, everything from chairs, desks and bedside tables. The RGB lighting and sleek design of their furniture really has enhanced my room design to epically cool levels. Their chairs still need a bit of work as I've never found them very comfy and have gone for a different brand currently, but with lighting, stunning built-in speaker system and even 4d style chair vibration they are on the right track. Some even come with a handy storage space under the seat. If they can nail the comfort whilst still keeping all of the above features for a reasonable cost, then there really will be absolutely no reason to use any other brand.

To be clear the bed is great for the most part. Ordered the X Rocker BattleBunk Gaming High Sleeper Bed with Desk for £449, it was the only high sleeper that I could find tht would fit my room. Ordered off of Dunlem and it arrived on time. The instructions were a little confusing but were fine for the most part. I got to step 9 where you attach the 3 desk support rails (54b) to the desk support rails (54a). All three desk support rails (54b) were about 10cm too short. I figured something was assembled incorrectly and went through it all again with the same issue. I contacted Dunlem customer support to request new parts as it was likely a packaging error. They could only have it delivered to swap out the parts 6 days later at the earliest. For 6 days I waited without a bed to sleep on and they finally arrived with the exact same parts, the exact same length, exact same issue. There was nothing those responsible for delivery could do about it. I'm incredibly frustrated that I'm going to have to contact customer service yet again do explain this all over again and to likely be told that I'm going to have to have a full new set sent which will probably have the exact same issue and that I'll likley have to wait another frigging week or so to get sent to me. I'm debating buying metal sheets to extend the peices myself at this point.

What a great company this is! I had misplaced some bolts for my son's bed and struggled to find replacements with the same thread. As a last resort I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Gareth. He was so helpful and arranged replacements to be sent out to me.

Gareth went above and beyond and it means my son can keep the bed he loves. Thank you!

When I bought my sons bed there was a wire snapped which enabled the fitter to get the bed fixed on that day so I got in touch with the company X ROCKER, and they've been absolutely amazing they replied to my emails so fast and kept me posted and at the end they sent me a bed which solved the problem, and now my son is so happy with his new bed and is looking forward to sleeping on it, will definitely recommend it.

Amazing bed! Never seen anything like it. My sons over the moon with it. It's solid as a rock. I highly recommend.

Xrocker 4.1 probably is the comfiest chair ive bought. Sound great and vibration on point. If I had one gripe it would be i need the sound louder than I need for the vibration to occur, but who doesn't like big sound. If anyone can give me a fix on this subject, I'd appreciate it

What can I say! From ordering to building has been the most simplistic thing! I bought this bed for my son to enjoy the features of the bed is astronomical, it has the draw space required for his clothes space for his devices. The quality of the projector is the highlight of the bed its self. He watches with his friends has game days or just some where he can chill. The bed itself is super sturdy and something I would love to purchase my self. The customer service is spot on, no issues and very helpful thank you so much definitely worth ordering the X Rocker skyline

The returns policy is very restrictive so you can't figure out if the item's are comfortable before you return them. I had to take a couple parts out and decide just on that. The description of the items are not actually that helpful, they're quite flashy but not as detailed as other companies about how the chairs actually function. This is what led me to return the chair, I found out how a part moved and didn't like it. I could have saved myself the return collection fee (£25) if the description had been better in the first place. I also found that for a chair of this price, it didn't look that good quality.
The communication was quick and collection took a few days with the refund not too much longer after that so customer service seems good.

This was a gift for my son for his birthday. His room isn’t set up for a large chair. The style of this chair and the fact that it can be folded in half is perfect! We love the design, all the colors and features it has.

Delivery was quick. Bed is solid and put together well, good clear instructions and each part is labelled. Kids love it!

Our grandson loves it. Especially having the tv at the end of the bed. And the RGB for the colours.

Customer service was fantastic for me great communication and everything was sorted very easily no complaints would recommend

I purchased a bed from XR Living for £337.99 and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it arrived.

The bed had multiple scratches, chips and areas of paint damage to the metalwork, a damaged wooden component and issues with the bolts. I provided photographs showing the condition of the product.

Unfortunately, I had no choice but to continue assembling the bed because it was needed for my disabled son. The assembly took approximately six hours, despite the product arriving in such poor condition.

After contacting XR Living, I was initially offered a 15% partial refund or a replacement. I explained that I did not feel this adequately reflected the extent of the damage or the considerable inconvenience caused.

I ultimately decided to return the bed and requested a full refund. XR Living eventually agreed to provide the full £337.99 refund and collection at no cost to me, which I appreciate.

However, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I have now had to dismantle the bed after spending around six hours assembling it, package it back up and wait for collection, while also having to find and purchase another suitable bed.

Communication has also been extremely disappointing, with significant delays in receiving responses and repeated chasing required. The dismantled bed is currently taking up space in my home and I have been stuck with this bed since 3rd august, now the 13th, as I have explained to them, is obstructing access required by a wheelchair user, making the delay in arranging collection particularly problematic.

I am also disappointed that, despite the circumstances and the considerable time and inconvenience involved, no goodwill compensation was offered. A full refund simply puts me back in the financial position I would have been in had the original order arrived correctly; it does not compensate for the substantial time and disruption caused.

I appreciate that XR Living has ultimately agreed to collect the bed free of charge and issue a full refund, but the overall experience has been far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been.

I would therefore recommend that anyone considering purchasing from XR Living carefully considers the potential after-sales experience if something goes wrong with their order.

I love the x-rocker brand. It's the perfect bedroom furniture choice for my 12 year old son. I'm gradually purchasing all the carbon tek product range for his bedroom. He now owns the bed, bedside table and media unit. All in the black grey and red colour. Excellent choice for anyone who loves gaming. They are really good quality, long lasting and robust. I also like that there's the option to also use the Led lights on the furniture there are different colours and patterns you can use.
