Bought a Gaming chair for my son as an end of Primary school gift. It’s a really nice chair, matches the decor of his room and its space saving being on the floor. I always used to find him in weird uncomfortable positions on the floor when playing on his PS5 but now he’s comfortable on his chair! Even the cat loves a nap on it in The day 🙈🤣 Reasonable prices aswell. Great product, thank you!

Overall Okay - Issues with parts
Arrived in good time and decent quality - one of the parts unfortunately had 2 drill holes which hadn't been tapped (unable to insert bolts). Customer service were somewhat helpful (got back to me in 4 days) but unable to send out a replacement part. They did however offer a refund/replacement if the entire bed was dissembled returned in the original packaging.
Slightly less of an issue was the gas struts and mechanism were incorrectly labelled - however was simple enough to work out which part number they were in the diagram.

Haven’t received my refund despite…
Haven’t received my refund despite cancelling my order. It’s been well over a week and heard nothing back despite them saying I’d find out about the cancellation status after 24 hours.

My son loves this bed
My son loves this bed. The delivery was good, everything was there. No issues whatsoever, other than one or two of the threads needed deburing.
Assembly was straight forward and didn't take very long. The tv stand is sturdy and the lights work well.
