DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought x2 Elemis Cleansers and x2 Elemis Toners as they were on at a good price however I never received the items.

I chased the order and was told they have delays. A month passed and I decided to cancel my order. They stated a refund would be issued within 2 weeks and I never received a refund. I chased for the refund after 2 weeks and now my email is ignored.

Thankfully I bought them on a credit card and my provider provided protection and I got my money back.

Looking at all the bad reviews I’M AMAZED HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL GOING.

Do not order from Zest. Complete scammers.
Placed order on 16th Aug, never came, contacted Zest and they said they’d cancel order and issue refund. NO refund has been made. Absolutely infuriating dealing with automated responses, cannot get to speak to a “human being”.
Please don’t get caught like I did

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered items March 24 never arrived still awaiting refund as they kept emailing to say refund on its way now Sept, still no refund. Reporting to Trading standards and Action Fraud….
Disgrace!!!

Scammers fraudulently “selling” online. They just take the money and don’t send product. Whenever I have emailed I get an automated response. I think it’s just a bot. Have requested refund but not hopeful.

I ordered my item on 21.8.24 and have not yet received my item a month later (26.9.24)

Absolutly rubbish company. Would have given 0 stars. Do not buy from them. I ordered product in June. Did not receive the item. When i emailed them they said they don't know when item will be issued. Chose refund option. Still waiting for refund. Now they don't reply to my emails.

I ordered from this website on 10/08/24, with the product due to arrive within 9 days. The product did not arrive, and when I communicated this with Zest Beauty I was informed they have stock issues and given the option to cancel for a full refund. I chose the refund option on the 27/08/24. Zest Beauty confirmed the order was cancelled on the 28/08/24, and I was told it could take up to 14 working days. It is now 24/09/24 and the refund has still not been processed. This company is a scam, selling products they don't have in stock, then not fulfilling refunds. I will be contacting the NCSC, ActionFraud, Which?, and CrimeStoppers to report this. Avoid at all costs.

I sent a paid-for order but was not informed about the delivery time. When I enquired this is the answer I got:-
"We're sorry for the lack of response you are receiving with your emails.
Unfortunately due to a backlog of orders, our warehouse is experiencing a high volume of delays and is slowly resolving this issue. We just wanted to confirm that your order is a priority to be shipped out as soon as possible.
We understand your concern with these delays but unfortunately, we can not provide a direct delivery date for you at this time and sincerely apologise for this. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please let us know."
I cancelled the order but no money has been returned. When queried about this their answer was:-"Your order with Zest Beauty has been cancelled.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back into your account depending on your bank."
If the item was not available they should not be offering it! Having just checked out Trustpilot I AM VERY ALARMED. They do not offer their address on their website.
The behaviour of ZestBeauty.com shows no responsibility. AVOID at all costs. It WILL cost you! Fearfully more than your precious time.

I have not received my order

I world give this NO STARS if I could. They take your money but do not send out goods. I managed to get my money back through my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT’S A SCAM SITE. I have reported it so don’t know why the website is still live.

Going to keep it quick and simple.

After sending countless emails l still have no product and no refund.
Luckily Mastercard are now taking action after reporting this company to them.

Ordered something on the 13th July 2024. Waited until the beginning of August to email them as the product hadn’t arrived. Was told it was out of stock and did I want my money back which of course I did. They said that they had cancelled my order and to wait 14 days to receive my money back. Waited but no refund. Got in touch again and they said that they were sorry but it hadn’t been done and that they will issue a refund as soon as possible. Waited a week and nothing. Got back in touch saying if you don’t reply within 2 days I will report to my bank about it. No email back so I did that. When the bank must have got in touch with them they wrote back an email saying please tell your bank that we have issued a refund and to stop the investigation which I didn’t as they have still not issued any of the money. So it is in the hands of the bank now. The date being 18th September.

ZEST Beauty have no stock.
Refunds are never given. I'm waiting over 6 weeks. I've had to get my bank to step in. I've reported this website/business. ITS A SCAM

They have taken my money knowing the item I ordered wasn't in stock now choose to ignore my emails and calls STAY AWAY from this so called nightmare of a company.

placed and order didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks I emailed. They responded with “that they are a small team and currently have stock issues” offered me a refund I accepted. I still have not got the refund and they are emailing me telling me that they are again “a small team” if you have time to email you have to process a refund. Awful service and clearly something is not legit with this company.

They didn't send order confirmation but took the money. Having heard nothing I chased them up over a week later. They advised no stock after all and will send refund. 2 months passed and no refund despite emails. The bank had to step in. Absoluty appalling

Order placed 05/08/2024 and its now 11/09/24.
I have raised a complaint through NatWest for refund on card.
I have now received an email reply with option to cancel... I will update IF I receive a refund.

I ordered nearly 2 months ago and cancelled my order. Is all I get is emails to say it’s been cancelled and will take 14 days, I chase the them and they still keep extending the refund period stating they are a small team. They are just using delay tactics so i will forget about the money. Well I won’t I want my money back. Contacting my credit card company and do whatever it takes to get my refund. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM TRADING. AVOID THIS COMPANY
