I ordered from this website because it looks legitimate. I ordered a sho bottle. Got an email that my order was preparing for shipping. But never got any dispatch notification. I emailed them three weeks after asking for an update. Never received any reply. I'm now going through my bank to try and get my money back. Terrible nasty evil people scamming good hard working folk.

This is a scam company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. They took £40 off me for some products and then never responded to any of my chaser emails over a period of weeks. I am now trying to get my money back through my bank. They don't send you a delivery date and don't say anything about delivery times on their website and this is deliberate - without this, you cannot hold them to account before a month has passed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

I always check the trust pilot before getting something in odd website, this website looks so legit and tempting to buy , but unfortunately this company no longer works I guess , nor I am in process via bank - not sure how long it takes . I really wish this website need to reported as scam and shutdown .

1 STAR – AVOID ZEST BEAUTY

Absolutely appalling experience. I placed an order with Zest Beauty for £57.60 on 26 August and they took my money immediately. My order has never arrived.

I have tried contacting the company to find out where my order is, but incredibly their customer service email is bouncing back. I have received no goods and have been unable to get the matter resolved with them.

I have now had to contact my bank and raise a chargeback for goods not received to try to recover my £57.60.

I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as I can now see that numerous other customers report very similar experiences.

Absolutely dreadful way to treat customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Zest Beauty to read the reviews first. I certainly would not order from them again.

Why is this website still taking people's money, it needs shutting down! Placed an order earlier in the month and now no response from anyone despite many attempts to contact them. Do not order!

Absolutely do not purchase from this site. Happy to take your money but no sign of order weeks after ordering. And zero response customer service.....emails ignored!

Do not use this scam website , I feel so stupid for ordering . They have not dispatched my order and will not reply to emails . I have to wait 30 days to put in a claim with my credit card .

This company is not even worthy of 1star!!!!!
It cons you into buying off their legitimate looking website where it fails to communicate and deliver!
It is the worst site I have ever come across DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
If you have purchased from them with a credit card and not received i strongly suggest raising a claim through your credit card company to get your money back.

Don't buy from here! wished id read the reviewst first. Ordered 2 items, paid for, received the confirmation email but no delivery and that was 2 months ago. Emailed customer services twice but they dont bother responding.Tried online chat bot but that just leaves you hanging also. AVOID!

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered item on the 28th April. Acknowledgement received and money taken. Item never arrived and despite there being a response to the on site chat-bot saying there were problems with supply and delivery, no further communication received. After no further reply to my emails and no direct phone line which is operational, I have had to go to my bank to raise a dispute and get a refund (12.06.26). Don't trust this site - I have no idea how they can continue to ''trade''.

Items ordered 18th May with speedy delivery, no items received as of yet and no communication when I've chased. Ive had to go through my bank to get the charge revoked!

DODGY SCAM SITE - Products never arrived, zero response from "Customer Care". Have since lodged a dispute claim with my bank.

I placed an order over a month ago worth over £100. No initial confirmation email and no response to chat queries or my follow up emails. They do not deliver the products. Have had to report to my bank.
