I ordered an item for my mum as a gift in April , it’s now September and no product, no refund.
They have a constant excuse as to warehouse issues blah blah. They used to be really good and now are a disaster.

Great products at affordable prices.

Placed an order, a week and a half later it was still showing as processing, I paid for faster delivery so wasn’t happy. I contacted them and cancelled the order, they said they’d process the refund in 14 working days. 17 working days later, no refund so I asked them where it was. The reply was a lame “oops sorry, we’re a small team bear with us”, they didn’t say when they’d get round to it! I replied with er no I won’t as you’ve had my money now for a month and I want my money back immediately. I got nothing back, so raised a dispute with my bank. I emailed Zest to say I’d raised the dispute, I got a reply saying that my case had been escalated to a manager, I’ve heard nothing since, that was weeks ago. My bank has been great & dealt with it.
This company is a total sham, do not order from them.

Ordered and paid for item on 23 August. Have been told my issue has been escalted, prior to that was told that I had been refunded. So far no money back. Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering.

I ordered some shampoo from this company. Worst mistake of my life. They never shipped my order. I have sent numerous emails. They say there a small company and need time to issue refund. It has been 2 months and no refund. THIS is a scam don't order anything from these people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM. Placed order 17th July, website stated all items in stock and next day delivery. Didn't receive the order. I chased with no response. Then I asked for a refund on 31st July. Apparently I was going to receive a refund in 14 working days. It is 6th September and still no refund or communication.

Absolute scammers!
Take the money and never deliver!
I have used them back in 2017 and the excuse for not delivering back them was that the product was out of stock, so they dragged refunding the money for weeks. Therefore, I stopped using them and after seeing them again in 2024 my first thought was that they must have improved. But No! On the contrary, I’m shocked the company has not been forced to close or website taken down for all these years after stealing the money of some many customers, by reading the reviews!

Placed my order 23rd August checked for update on delivery, 1 week later shows "processing" emailed Zestbeauty.com for update re delivery.
They Emailed me back "very high volume orders" Excuses! Unable to give delivery date!!! ...
Checked online ... product discontinued 1 year ago! Showed in Stock listed on Zest website! Cancelled order requested FULL refund. Response said 14 days to process Refund.
Checked Companies House gov.uk .. Zest beauty.com Company DISSOLVED 28th January 2020 ???
Rang my Bank reported Online Scam gave details showing on Companies House ... they CREDITED MY payment in FULL.

Many issues reported on Reviews by other customers. If you have issues speak to your Bank ... This Company should not be Trading! Do NOT ORDER ...
Too much hassle and many haven't received products or refund!! Let's just say they seem to be "Less than honest?" ... Allegedly.

I ordered and paid for a product on the 8th May,their was NO correspondence from Zest Beauty,so l emailed them on the 14th May asking "whats going on"they replied there was Limited Stock,so l gave them another week.
On the 22nd May l cancelled the order and asked for a refund....
I had to email them on the 11th,17th and 24th of June asking where the money is...BUT NO RESPONSE.
I contacted my Credit Card Co on the 28th June and told them of the problem,l received a CREDIT on the 27th August thanks to my Credit Card Co.

This company appears to be a bunch of scammers. Order not filled and after chasing and being promised a refund, multiple times, 2 months later still no money returned. Stay away from them.

Unfortunately I only found these reviews after I had placed my order. As so many people have said already it is a scam. They took payment, then said the product was out of stock, then I cancelled the order and was told 14 days for a refund which obviously never arrived. I really don’t understand how they are still allowed to trade. I’m now going to have to see if I can avail of a bank charge back to recoup my money.

I would give zero stars if the rating system allowed!!

Never received the order. Received an email back advising me that it would take a staggering 14 working days to refund me. Never received the refund. This will be escalated as legal dispute. Company is a scam company; dissolved in 2020 on Companies House with Anthony Smith

NEVER order from zest beauty. I placed an order on 10/7/24 I got no confirmation email. After 2 weeks of not receiving my order. I was shocked to read the reviews and I’m NOT THE ONLY ONE this has happened to.
On 24/7/24 I requested a refund. Only response was an automated email they would be in touch in 7 working days.

Which they did not. I threatened legal action and I emailed the CEO and OWNER of zest.
He rudely ignored me
Finally RESOLVER helped me get my refund on the 30/8/24

Like so many other reviews on here, Zest have stolen my money. Despite numerous emails promising the return of my money following admission that they couldn’t fulfil the order, I’m still waiting after 4 months. Obviously willing to risk reviews like this for the sake of 20 quid!

Ordered from these guys, money £35 taken from my account but no goods arrived. After 14 days I requested a refund an was told money would be in my account within 14 days. E-mailed again to request money paid back asap… still waiting. Disgrace they are allowed to continue trade like this. Shame on you. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a product my money was taken straight away they then said order out of stock and would refund me after 8 weeks till no refund.i have sent numerous emails but not getting anywhere this company should be closed down as they are just conning all customers stay away from zest beauty

I ordered from this company on 21st July. No order acknowledgement or delivery of goods. Order cancelled 31st July. Advised refund would take 14 working days!
By 29th August no refund so took my complaint to Resolver and received full refund & apology from Zest Beauty today.
I have since found out the item I ordered is not currently in production & have reason to believe Zest Beauty did not in fact have it in stock when they took the order. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Shocking service. My goods never arrived. I have waited 7 weeks for a refund with no date when that will be. They are making a lot of money in interest from their failed service

Having ordered from this company before, I believed that I would receive my goods. I placed an order for an Elemis product, costing £38.60 on 29 July 24. The money was taken on 30 July 24. After a further eleven emails between this 'business' and myself, I still have not received the refund I was promised as the goods were 'out of stock'. I have checked with Elemis and the product concerned has been discontinued. I have referred this issue to Trading Standards, and would encourage others to do the same if they are also defrauded.
