I like so many have been caught out by this company. Website looks impressive.
Quick to take money and acknowledge order.
Quick to advise of no stocks.
On asking for refund after no delivery, now 3 months later and still no refund I am now chasing reimbursement from credit card.
AVOID this company at all costs

Website looks legit, says things are in stock, got order confirmation, money taken out of my account. Nothing received, they advised "stock issues"cancelled order and was promised a refund. No re fund received, I reported them to trading standards and got my bank involved. Managed to get my money back. They are operating illegally, robbing peoples money. I'd encourage other people who are owed money to report them ASAP. This needs stopping!!

As for many others reviewing this company, I cancelled an order on 1 July 2024. Despite many emails requesting my refund to be processed, I am still waiting and I am now thinking it will never arrive. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for an item which was showing as available to purchase, only to be told they were ‘awaiting stock’. Requested a refund numerous times - 7 weeks still no refund or item.

I ordered an item from Zest Beauty and the money was taken from my bank August 12 2024. I was informed by email three weeks later that the item is out of stock (I would have thought if it was out of stock that I would not have been able to pay for it at the time) I requested a refund and received an email to confirm it will take 14 working days to refund. It is now 37 working days later and after several emails I have not received my refund.
This is unacceptable and extremely bad customer service.

Avoid

Wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase. Similar experience as all below. Offering products for sale as in stock when advising me that they do not have stock and do not know when they will get stock. Remains to be seen if I will get my refund. From the below I don’t hold out much hope
and will be referring the matter to my credit card provider.

I’d give zero if I could. Total scam just as other reviews have said. Ordered a product, no sign of delivery so they offered to cancel and, guess what, money has never been returned.

I wish I had read reviews relating to Zest Beauty.
I placed an order in May and another in June having been assured I would receive the items soon. In spite of many emails and promises no products arrived. I was then promised refunds which never happened!
I can’t understand how this business is allowed to keep trading!

Ordered no delivery, lots of excuses, this is scam. Never deal with these crooks, Google should be liable too for advertising their site.

Absolutely shocking! Website claims there is stock, after one week no sign of dispatch, then offered the option to cancel. 5 weeks now and no refund.

I ordered my product on 22nd July and have not received it yet, I will be amazed if I ever do. I would advise not to be drawn in by the pricing and to avoid using this company.

Worst customer service ever.
My order was cancelled on 10th of June and it is now 2nd of October and they have still not refunded my money. They don't respond to emails.

Product ordered and listed in stock on 1/9/24. Never arrived. When contacted they said they hasn't dispatched it yet. Contacted again to cancel the order and was told it would take 14 days to get my money back....still waiting. Scam artists. Please avoid

Do not order from this company. The company is dissolved on Companies House. My order and my refund have never been sent. My bank have had to step in.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for delivery of my order
I have emailed twice but all I get is a generic response saying they are busy
Apparently my order is still "processing"
I want what I paid for to be delivered

I ordered an Elemis product in January 2024. My card was charged immediately. As the item was listed as "in stock", I was surprised when it did not ship quickly. 3 werks later with no sign of a shipping notification, I cancelled my order. Their website said a refund would be issued within 14 days. 9 months later, I still have no refund!
