I ordered from them on the 1st November not received the goods, and no reply from emails I’ve sent, looks like I along with everyone else have been scammed
For money I could ill afford
Wished I’d read the reviews before ordering.do not use this company how they are getting away with this is beyond me!

Appalling experience, but now find others have suffered in a similar way. Strung along for weeks with promises that 'out of stock' items would soon be sent. Finally asked for refund which was promised but never appeared.

Definitely do not order.This company is defunct!Shouldn't be allowed to advertise as trading!!You'll not get the goods or a refund.Stay clear...scammers!

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM! Sadly same experience as others. Ordered product, received email saying they were experiencing delays. Cancelled order. No refund. Sadly I didn’t take up the dispute with my credit card provider soon enough for them to refund me.

Just as other reviewers have experienced I placed my order on 13/09/24 and a couple of days later was emailed to say my order was out of stock so I cancelled my order and was advised I my refund within 14 working days. 14 days came and went and still no refund. On 14/10/2024 after still not receiving my refund and only generic emails from the company I reported this to my bank who returned the payment to my bank account immediately and stated that they will be contacting the company. At least I have learned to read reviews before ordering from a company for the first time.

Order not fulfilled and so cancelled, told refund would take up to 14 working days. That was weeks ago and still no refund. Have contacted them multiple times and they’re now just ignoring me. Can see they’ve done this to others too. Avoid at all costs. Will be reporting to reading standards.

Automated response to every contact but nothing useful!
Prices looked competitive so I ordered an item.
Order wasn’t fulfilled so I eventually cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They confirmed this was ok and said the refund would be processed within 14 days.
Despite several emails, no refund has been given yet and they took my money in June!
Please don’t give this company any more money than you can afford to lose!
Avoid if possible. Spread the word.

As other posts - simply do not order from these people - the stock is not there and even when wait 14 days for promised refund it does not arrive. Waste of time trying to call them - no replies to emails. Absolutely shocking

Never received goods and 3 months on after repeated request and promises no refund.

Failed to deliver my order due to quote'their warehouse being too busy' when I asked for money back, I didn't receive it as told they had 'forgot to process my refund' am still waiting for refund 20 days after cancellation

Ordered an item on the 18th July. Didn’t receive, asked a month later to be told they’re a small team and my item hadn’t been sent out. I then asked for the item to be cancelled and they informed me I’d get a refund within 14 days. A month later still no refund. Contacted them again, my case was escalated and management would be in touch within 48 hours. Heard nothing since the 11th September when I was just told my refund hadn’t been processed. Contacting my bank now to take it further. Do not order!

Ordered on 6th Oct, two weeks later I contact them to say nothing had been sent and the order was still showing as processing. They said there was no stock and they didnt know when they would have stock but that they would be in touch. Gave up and asked for a refund which they have said will be 14 days. A refund can be sent immediately so the delay is unacceptable. Why advertise what you dont have and dont know when it will be in stock? Read the other reviews...

Afschuwelijk. Had ik maar eerst de reviews gelezen.
Begin september order geplaatst, niets gekregen na drie weken. Daarna gemaild en na twee weken cancelen ze mijn order. Nog steeds geen geld terug na herhaaldelijk mailen. Allemaal aangifte gaan doen van dit 'bedrijf'.

Please DONT order from this company.
We ordered some suntan lotion over a month ago. They said they would refund but never did. Customer service is a joke. How they get away with this i dont know. Something should be done. If I had read the reviews before, I never would have used them.

I order from this company wait 2 months from them my packed and notthingh i ask refund my money say okey is going take 14days and now nearly one month and not money i write emails and notthingh

Kan ikke anbefales. Min ordre blev annulleret efter at firmaet ikke formåede at afsende pakken indenfor rimelig tid, men de var hurtige til at trække beløbet på ens konto. De garanterede penge tilbage inden for 14 dage hvilket ikke er sket. Gentagende henvendelser til firmaet har desværre ikke medført at pengene er kommet retur.

A bit of a story. As many will attest, this company is not what it seems and seems to advertise either stock they don't have or that is no longer available at all. I ordered 2 items and then got the familiar email saying it wasn't available etc.
I decided immediately to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I also asked that either my order would be fulfilled by a specific date or a refund processed, also by a certain date. Failure to do either would mean I'd be looking into taking appropriate action (potentially by raising a chargeback or considering a Section 75 claim).
It has taken 2 weeks, but I did get a refund into my bank account yesterday. I have written to thank them for this.
So my advice is either, order from somewhere reputable (I went directly to Murad - full price but ultra reliable) or get heavy if it doesn't work out.
