Similarly to many reviewers, I placed the order mid August, they did not ship it even in 3 weeks, after that I cancelled the order, and now nearly for 3 months waiting for a refund. Return emails are polite, but absolutely nothing happens. Avoid placing any orders!!!

Placed order 29 Sept.
Money taken but order didn't arrive.
Followed up mid October and told it was out of stock, despite still showing as available for purchase on their website.
Requested a refund 6 Nov. Told it would take up to 14 working days.
Still nothing received so having to try to claim through the bank.
Save yourself time and hassle and buy elsewhere.

Have had to report these thieves to trading standards and go through the fraud team with the bank. My mum ordered a product and it never arrived. Been waiting 4 weeks for a refund and they no longer respond. All my order details on the site comes up with an 'error'.

I placed an order with Zest Beauty on 2nd November for £100.59, but unfortunately, the products never arrived. I contacted customer service, who said they would follow up within 10 working days, but I haven’t received a resolution yet. I’ve since had to raise this with my credit card provider to request a refund. Please be cautious when ordering, as my experience has been disappointing. I have contacted trading standards.

Scam. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down yet. Ordered, advised out of stock, refund issued. No refund after 23 days, they said it wasn’t processed yet event though they sent email 23 days ago saying processed. Have raised a dispute with the bank. What a joke - Update: the bank sorted refund straight away, blatant scam - if ur down money, contact ur bank and they should sort it

Not even worth one star this is a company to be avoided do not order from them

Terrible Experience - Scam
I ordered a product from them at the end of September (26th) and waited one weeks for delivery. After not receiving my order, I contacted their customer service, only to be told that the product was out of stock—something they didn’t notify me about.
I requested a refund, which they agreed to process in the first week of October. Still not received my refund after multiple follow-ups.
Totally unacceptable, I would advise against purchasing from this company and go shop elsewhere.

Zest Beauty are Fraudsters. They sell items that they haven't got, take your money, and don't deliver.
If this has happened to you contact your card provider. Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc. Debit or Credit cards. You have hidden protection called Chargeback. Your bank will credit your money back and deal with Zest. You have 120 days to do this. Phone your bank now.

Ordered goods in September that never came. Asked for a refund 5 times via email. 3 months later still waiting for my £75 to be refunded. Absolutely fuming DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a product from this company in late September, spending over £120, and waited two weeks for delivery. After not receiving my order, I reached out to their customer service, only to be told that the product was out of stock—something they failed to notify me about upfront.

I requested a refund, which they agreed to process in the first week of October. However, I never received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, they have stopped responding altogether.

This is completely unacceptable, and it feels like I’ve been scammed. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Similar to other reviews here, I placed and order for something that was showing as in stock over 5 months ago. Zest took the payment but never sent the item. I have been chasing them since- initially they said they had no stock and would have to issue a refund instead. I never received a refund and have been emailing them for 4 month but receive no replies.

i ordered and paid for an item which Zest were unable to supply so i requested a refund . After emailing back and forth i still have not received a refund. Do not buy anything through this company

I will be taking this company to small claims court and escalating the matter to their authorised sellers. They take payment for products advertised as 'in stock' but fail to deliver. They do not provide updates about the order, and only after repeated chasing do they admit the items are out of stock with no known supply date - this is not updated on their website. This is in writing. After cancelling the order, they have refused to issue a refund. This is unacceptable and amounts to theft by intent, which is illegal. The company has ceased responding and has failed to provide the refund owed. As stated, legal action will follow. I see from several other reviews that this is a relative pattern and easy to see intent in actions. Do not do business with this company, they have clearly intent to take money with no products or services to be delivered.

Total scam. Ordered Elemis product in August and money took from my account on the same day. Ordered did not arrive in 3 weeks so I cancelled ordered. They said they would refund money but SEVERAL emails and automatic ones they apologised and said money would be refunded. This never happened. Total SCANMERS
