Spam company, don't have the products in stock and don't issue refunds despite responding to emails to say that they are processing it. Avoid at all costs

Appalling customer setvice , have had my money since October and received no goods or refund despite numerous emails .. Avoid ordering from this Company!!

Never received my product, or a reply when I complained. Scammed out of £35. Fraudsters

I placed 2 orders in October/November 2024 valued at over £100+ & didn't receive either order.
I requested refunds & although I had automated replies advising I would be contacted within 7 days I am still waiting for my money back !

I have placed an order from this website by 13/05/2023, and they didn't send the order. I asked for a refund for several times. Asking for a refund is not enough. By 02/07/2024, I said I was going to report them to the authorities if they didn't refund me. They did't reply to the message, but by 06/07/2024 I received a refund. That't the only way to get your money back. They are a fraud and I'm surprised they have not been caught yet.

Ordered some Elemis at the beginning of October 2024.
E-mailed numerous times and lots of apologies from the team.
After just over 3 months I have still not received my order or a refund.

Do not have anything to do with this company. I ordered from them in good faith and when I chased delivery I was told there were stock issues (despite the website stating that the items were available). I requested a refund but each contact with customer services met with the same "it's being processed" line - it never was. My card provider quickly provided a refund. I cannot understand how this company is still in business. If it were possible - I would have given no stars.

Product never arrived, Promised refund....? It seems this is the standard for this company, why can't I give zero stars?

Like another reviewer, I also received an email on 13th December inviting me to be scammed again by purchasing gift vouchers.
The first occurrence was 3 years ago now so this has been going on for a long time. On that occasion, I advised that a CC recharge would be initiated without further communication if a refund wasn't in my account within 5 days (rather than the 'kicking the can down the road' 14 days that they ludicrously suggest....but don't do anyway). The money was in my account the next day. My advice, therefore, is to go nowhere near Zest Beauty and, if you only see the reviews after the event, act swiftly and purposefully to get your money back.

Keep away from this company - they take your money then cancel your order and never refund you. A complete scam.

Can’t believe that I have received an email from Zest Beauty today considering they are a bunch of scammers that I previously dealt with two years ago. I had to threaten them with a chargeback and hey presto I received a refund. The company was dissolved in 2020 and there’s probably some guy sitting in an office (or at home!) somewhere scamming everyone. The one good thing that came out of this is that I know read reviews BEFORE I buy.

Contacted their customer services who promised me a refund, which never arrived. I hve chased this multiple times and now they don’t respond. How can they get away with this?!

Zest beauty failed to send my goods they offered a refund still waiting never email u back now. So gone to my bank who of dealing with fraud they going to be sorting it with them.plz plz don't buy from this company

Awful company. I purchased in May and was told they couldn’t fulfil so I could request a refund which I did and again and again! Following their internal process. Still nothing 6 months on. How can this company still be operating as they are scamming people!

How are this company still operating. Same experience as everyone else. Ordered, it didn't arrive. Emailed them after 2 weeks to be told stock issue. They said I could wait or cancel. After reading reviews on here I opted to cancel my order. Promised a refund within 14 days, it didn't arrive so I raised a dispute with my bank and they charged it back for me. Avoid!

Awful, placed order in July, goods never came, money has been taken from my account, cancelled the order in September and am still waiting for the refund. As per others return emails are meaningless promises as refund is never forthcoming
