This company is not reliable. Confirmed order and despatch. Tracking did not work. They have stolen my money. DO NOT use this company.

AVOID - Scammers! They take your money and you don’t get a thing. I ordered weeks ago and was told they were out of stock and I’d get a refund, but nothing at all. I’ve sent numerous emails since and had no reply.

I placed an order five weeks ago and have yet to receive my purchase. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, I have received no response. Live chat is unresponsive, and email system initially stated I would receive a reply within 48 hours, followed by another automated email stating a response would take up to seven working days. However, it has now been five weeks, and I still have not received any respond.

Scammers, thieves and liers. This is the best way to describe the people behind Zest Beauty. They don't deliver what you order and don't refund you the money. I have been waiting and claiming my refund for almost 1 year now. STAY AWAY!!!!

Zest failed to deliver my products. I have been waiting MONTHS. They need reporting to Action Fraud AND Trading Standards. If we all do both these things, they may eventually look into this and finally put an end to this fraud scheme.

Either contact your bank and put in a charge back or even better put in a small claims court as this costs Zest Beauty and you get your money back. Win win.

This is a scam . Trying to get a refund on a order they can't provide. And they are still advertising it for sale. I would advise not to buy from them. The one star was a mistake. They deserve no stars

Bunch of thieves these people. Scum of the earth. Ordered in July and I never received the items. They told me it will be sent out again, still nothing. I chose to cancel my order to which they said I could, but had s refund from them

Yes. The site is a scam. Have confirmed Order dated February 14,2025 and my $160 US gone. No product received. No response by email nor chat. Today I phoned (during UK office hours)and only voice recording. Am out $160 US. Wish I had read reviews before ordering! Site looks so real. It is not.

I think I have been scammed as well. Ordered in December. Still no product or refund.

Appalling, avoid. I placed an order six weeks ago, everytime I email they tell me the item is out of stock and will send shortly. They have not once reached out proactively. They have now cancelled the order, yet to see if and when I receive a refund. I would not use again.

I ordered hair products £78 in July 2024. I have sent them numerous emails for a refund as the items were out of stock, to no avail. I was promised a refund several times. How do these people get away with it. It’s just not fair. I got in touch with Trading Standards who told me to email them ( with their wording) again I didn’t get a reply. So does a thing work to get your money back.

Avoid at all costs - this website is a shop front but nothing more. Zest Beauty according to GOV.UK company records was dissolved in January 2020 and no longer a registered company. Additionally the company address on the website 4 Bull close Road Nottingham is the premises of a company called ACMS uk - property & Risk Compliance Services - NOT the company Zest. If you order from this website you won’t be delivered your products and will be lucky if they respond to your emails, giving an excuse they are a small company and need 5-7 working days to respond. Now having to seek a chargeback through my bank because of this scam

Scam I have been waiting for a refund since May of last year

I ordered an Elemis product and was told delivery within 14 days. As per many of the other reviews I was told the item was not in stock and delivery was delayed. After 6 weeks I requested a refund which was agreed but never arrived. All my emails went unanswered. I eventually claimed the money back via my credit card company. I would never use this company again . Too many poor reviews saying the same thing

Purchased an item over £100 on 13th October 2025 and was told it would take 14 days to arrive. A month later it hadn't arrived so I chased it and was told it hadn't arrived in stock so they can issue a refund. I requested a refund but didn't arrive. I chased again and was told that the refund hadn't been processed but it would be done. It's not 24th of January and the item still hasn't arrived so I've had to do a clawback. I specifically asked them if they were experiencing cash flow problems but they didn't respond. The item I bought was 100ml Elemis Pro-collagen moisturiser. I can accept stock issues, I can even accept a 14 working day refund but to ignore my subsequent emails and keep hold of the money is just disgusting

I ordered a product on 14 October. The order was acknowledged and I was told it would be with me in 14 days. After many e mails to the company I cancelled the order mid November. I kept receiving automated emails in return. I have now contacted my bank as I still haven’t received the product or the money back. They are taking it on for me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM
