Ordered 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation email then nothing. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. This is a scam company, please be warned. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

Placed order online. They took the money immediately. And that was the end of it. Massive organised scam.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Still waiting for my order 2 weeks later, when I contact via email it just says it can take upto 7 working days to even get a reply. Worst company don’t purchase from them

Placed an order but absolutely no response from ZB: just an email confirming the order. After 2 weeks and no sign of the order I tried ringing them, the phone just went dead. I emailed them & tried to cancel. No reply. Then discovered that the company had been dissolved in 2020 & found these reviews. The website is still active so caveat emptor.

Placed 2 seperate orders in July and none have arrived - had one message saying there is a delay but cannot get a response since - I want my £378 back!

I have not received my order placed in early July. E-mailed twice, automated response. Order from this company at your risk, a big risk. Disgusting way to run a business, I say the word business lightly.

Placed an order 22nd July, not received items at all, tried to cancel and get a refund, they ignore your e-mails (luckily paid via credit card, which I wouldn't normally do) so I have asked my bank to get involved to get my money credited.

I ordered some WOW for curly hair for my son 6 weeks ago wish I had read the reviews. I have emailed continuously asking where my item is and get an automated reply. I got one email saying my item was out of stock but would be shipped soon still nothing I am furious I have asked for a refund but heard not a thing. I have now ordered through a reputable company and my order was here within a day. This company needs removing from the website so other people do not lose a lot of money I lost 28.00 which the thieves included 3.95 postage and packing. Hope other people read these reviews before entertaining these thieves and parting with hard earned cash does anyone know where this company are based? Is it abroad?

Avoid this company. I ordered from here after a month my items had not been dispatched I contacted them and I cancelled the order and was told I would get a full refund. I’m still waiting!! I have emailed and emailed them but apart from an automated reply no one has replied. Still no refund !

Do not buy ftom this company they r scsmmers i purchased 2x conditioners spent £27 which i never received i emailed them still nothing to confirm the order or a refund....ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!! 😤😤😤

Same as many other people - placed an order, they took my money then told me the item wasn’t available. I have tried contacting them multiple times but they ignore everything so haven’t given me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is a scam !!!Do not buy anything here. I paid neck cream , never received the delivery and they 're ignored all my refund request .

Same as other reviewers. Ordered product for £57. They said it was out of stock so cancelled and refund never arrived. No responses to emails chasing & no other way to contact company which should not still be trading with a live website

Shocking scam of a company. Took my money and never sent products. Tried to contact numerous times with no response to get a refund. This company needs reported

Luckily I payed via PayPal and got my money back through them.
From the reviews and comments on their Facebook page there is a massive problem with how this company is operating and I can't understand how they are allowed to continue scamming customers!

I ordered the Sigma Beauty Modern Glam Brush Set for £40, which was cheaper than on another website I know. However, the brush set never arrived.
I complained twice, but always received the same response from customer service likely a bot. They promised me a refund, but it never happened.
Shop Pay doesn’t guarantee whether a website is legit or not. Don’t buy from them!

Yet another unfulfilled order. I can't believe I didn't check the reviews on here before ordering. Complete scam.

Ordered some Elemis face cream for £67.00. Never arrived so contacted Help Desk twice - no replies to emails. Started Live Chat at least twice - nobody answered. Looking at other reviews, I don't think there's any hope I'll receive my item. All I would say is, please, please don't use this company. It really should be stopped from trading.

This website is a scam. Avoid it at all costs. They will never ship your item and they won’t reply your emails.

They accept orders and do not fulfil them. They are scammers and criminals
