Order was never shipped, but money was taken from my account.

I did not receive my order and the company will not respond to my email. The online chat doesn't seem to be operational

Paid £93.75 for three items, not received no replies from Chat Bot or email.
Had to ask bank to intervene to reimburse me and recover payment and report site as cyber fraud issue.

I have been waiting for m6 Oder for over 2=weeks I have emails ldvth3 customer servic3 dept and never had a reply I ordered my goods on 11th February 2026/and still awaiting arrival of my goods. I feel this company is a scam and have informed my bank and the fraud squad. Do not purchase from this company they are a scam do no deliver goods and don5 respond to emails. An utter disgrace and should not be allowed to advertise on these platforms. It’s outrageous and take your money steeling of the general public and lying.

I bought two products from them. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received them. You can't contact them in any way. They don't reply to emails. The worst online store I've ever bought from, and I will never buy anything from there again.
Plus, I can't get my money back in any way because there's no way to contact them directly.

This is a scam.The company was dissolved in 2020.They need everyone who has purchased from them and not received their goods to report to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau and report to Report Fraud
You can raise a dispute with your bank and they can try and recover money from their account.

SCAM! Your items never arrive and they don’t respond to any messages or refund you.

I ordered a product which did not arrive. I tried to find out when it would be delivered but no reply to emails or the ChatBot - complete waste of time.
Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering - the site looks professional, comes up in searches and has all the relevant information about refunds etc. But totally bogus - DO NOT USE.

My experience with this company has been appalling. I was strung along for weeks with repeated promises that out-of-stock items were about to be shipped. When I finally gave up and requested a refund, it was promptly promised but never materialized. Avoid this company at all costs to save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Giving one star is generous - I placed an order in July and it never arrived they say they are refunding me but they haven’t. I am still chasing

The website looks professional but really isn’t. They will take your money then you will never hear from them again. If you try contacting their customer services, you get an automated email response which goes nowhere.

Looks like I have been duped too :( Order placed and confirmation email received, however no goods arrived despite my account being charged. Emailed them and was notified they would be in touch. Needless to say I have heard nothing from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

It looks like they're no longer trading but happy to take your money. Ordered 21 days ago and nothing .If you email them they state it will take 7 days to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
