Useless Warranty on a new vehicle
On purchasing a new campervan it was checked on three occasions that warranty cover could be provided by a local dealer. Of course we were assured, no problem at all. What was NOT explained was that this was at the discretion of a local dealer - who has of course declined to help. So a pretty much useless warranty - unless we want to undertake a 10 hour round trip for any fix. Plus apparently a minimum of a 12 week wait for Adria parts - so basically the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. And Yorkshire Caravans could not care less. Terrible service and utterly unsympathetic.

We had a lovely gentleman called Dave he was very professional and helped us in picking a awning for our caravan he explained about the material of each one and which was the best one to have if you are ever looking to buy a new awning I would definitely recommend going to Yorkshire caravans and motor homes and asking for Dave he also helped us carry the new awning to the car and wished a safe journey home.

Liam & Peter of the sales were great, had a bit of a self made issue the morning after picking my motorhome up with the water feeds, i spoke to Grant of the sales team who told me to bob through and some one from the aftercare team would sort for me! I bobbed through, Ben of the aftercare team came out, 30 seconds and job done!

"I have been trying to reach Managing Director Chris Brown regarding a £19,000 Bailey Phoenix claim with a recurring bed failure. My emails are bouncing and Aftersales says they 'don't handle refunds.' This is a formal rejection under the Consumer Rights Act. Please provide a working email address for legal service immediately.

10/10 for James at Yorkshire caravans and motorhomes
I first came across Yorkshire Caravans and Motorhomes on TikTok while scrolling for caravan finds. I originally rang about a caravan I’d seen advertised, but it had unfortunately already sold.
While looking further, I noticed they stocked awnings. We’ve been searching for one for months and had visited a few camping shops, but the customer service elsewhere left us quite underwhelmed.
Today completely changed that. James was fantastic he talked us through everything, gave us plenty of options and patiently answered all my questions. I even told him when he first approached that I wasn’t there to buy… yet we left with an Isabella awning!
The shop is really well stocked and the customer service is the best we’ve experienced in the caravan world. Definitely worth the visit and a big big thank you to James!
10/10 highly recommend! ⭐
