10/10 for James at Yorkshire caravans and motorhomes
I first came across Yorkshire Caravans and Motorhomes on TikTok while scrolling for caravan finds. I originally rang about a caravan I’d seen advertised, but it had unfortunately already sold.
While looking further, I noticed they stocked awnings. We’ve been searching for one for months and had visited a few camping shops, but the customer service elsewhere left us quite underwhelmed.
Today completely changed that. James was fantastic he talked us through everything, gave us plenty of options and patiently answered all my questions. I even told him when he first approached that I wasn’t there to buy… yet we left with an Isabella awning!
The shop is really well stocked and the customer service is the best we’ve experienced in the caravan world. Definitely worth the visit and a big big thank you to James!
