On purchasing a new campervan it was checked on three occasions that warranty cover could be provided by a local dealer. Of course we were assured, no problem at all. What was NOT explained was that this was at the discretion of a local dealer - who has of course declined to help. So a pretty much useless warranty - unless we want to undertake a 10 hour round trip for any fix. Plus apparently a minimum of a 12 week wait for Adria parts - so basically the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. And Yorkshire Caravans could not care less. Terrible service and utterly unsympathetic.
