Sent a large item (car door) was well wrapped as didn't want it damaged buyer received and refused to accept it as in his words had been run over I had taken out insurance aswell they replied 2 days after making claim stating it was bigger and heavier than stated absolute bull then they stated I owed them 215 pounds so I am out £160 on sale if door £92 I paid parcel compare and they wanted another £215 to return a part they had damaged I told them to stick it where the sin don't shine absolute scam of the highest order avoid avoid avoid
