Villeroy & Boch Arvostelua 

Customer service doesn't exist. Ordered on 6.12.2020 still no order was delivered. 4 emails sent, multiple phone calls...no response. Sort this mess

che pena! sono anni che compriamo i regali aziendali da loro , quest'anno per ovvi motivi, non potendoci recare in negozio abbiamo ordinato online gli ultimi giorni di Novembre . Risultato, al 18.12 non è ancora arrivato nulla . Hanno spedito la merce i primi di Dicembre ma DHL aveva avuto dei problemi e la merce è rimasta in Germania . Solamente ieri , 17.12 , un anima pia mi ha scritto dall'assistenza clienti facendomelo sapere e promettendomi la spedizione con un nuovo corriere ( senza indicarmi nessun tracking ). Avrete anche degli ottimi prodotti ma mai più .

Est-il possible d'en rajouter plus que ce qui a déja été dit ? Colis arrivé cassé, car juste emballé dans du papier ! Et vous contactez tous les jours par mail et téléphone et personne ne répond ! Super le cadeau qui était censé être pour Noël !
Une honte cette marque que l'on glorifie encore pour son savoir-faire, mais il faut voir ce qu'elle est devenue !

Une commande non parvenue
Commande le 20/11. DPD visiblement perd le colis. Le service client Villeroy & Boch renvoie un colis et je n'ai pas de suivi de colis pour suivre... Pas de son pas d'image du service client qui ne décroche pas et ne répond pas à mes e-mails, après 3 relances.

A fuir.

I purchased over two thousand pounds worth of New Wave Tableware. The order was delivered promptly, but two plates were missing, equivalent of around forty pounds. I have emailed customer service four times, no response, and called endlessly to their customer service number, they never pick up! This is a bizarre way to run a major company, I will not give them any further business.

La bougie est arrivée cassée, ce que j'ai signalé par mail sur service.france @ villeroy-boch.com, mais pas de réponse depuis plus d'une semaine.

I ordered 6 plates from Villeroy and Boch and two of them arrived broken. Despite several emails to them I’m still awaiting a response. Shocking customer service.

Non è arrivato nulla e non rispondo alle mail, il numero di telefono che danno non funziona, una vera delusione, ho buttato 110 euro per un vaso. Mai più!

I have ordered from V & B on numerous occasions. Goods have always arrived in prefect order. This order came promptly but the box they arrived in was wet. Which more the courier DPD than V & B. Beautiful china.

Twee maal getracht om een montage oplossing te krijgen om een uitgietgootsteen O.novo met emmerrek te plaatsen. Uitgietgootsteen met passende rubbers en inwendig M10 met bijbehorende stokeinden M10, waar op het emmerrek met scharnierpunt M8 inwendig op elkaar te bevestigen. Wel een oplossing gekregen een zelfde emmerrek met M8 aansluiting wat dus niet past ook een montage tekening niet te krijgen. heb de hoop op gegeven en verzin zelf wel wat. Laatste uitgiet gootsteen bij Villeroy & Bosch maar ja hoeveel uitgietgootstenen koop je prive in je leven.

When I went in I was saying things and I can hear them mocking me the employees are rude

I purchased 2 tiny replacement cereal bowls - the smallest - at least I though it was 2 because next to the price was the (2) symbol and the high price made me conclude I was getting two . In fact one arrived and when I queried it they said that the number (2) next to it was so they could identify the size . Nothing else was similarly numbered and next time Looked the bowls were off the site . Disappointed .

Fejlfarve i glasuren på Villeroy og Boch fliser. Jeg har lagt gulvfliser og opdage dagen efter at tre fliser ikke havde samme farve og må nu til at banke mit nye gulv op igen. Jeg er meget sur i skrivende stund og ville ønske disse fliser af helved til.

Beautiful items! But pray that everything arrives safely, we had 3 broken items, we asked for replacement it took them 2 weeks to answer. Every time asking for pictures, in the end i gave up. It was disappointing to have such a poor customer service when ordering for 1000€.

I've been purchasing from Villeroy & Boch for years and have never had a problem, so I'm surprised by these reviewers. Always get the order promptly, never had an order cancelled on me. And the quality of their merchandise is astronomically high.True artisans and almost all of it is made in Germany.

Giving 1 Starr as I have to, otherwise 0. They cancelled my order, never received what I ordered.

Don't buy from this company. NO answer regarding when to expect delivery of three overexpensive dinner plates that I ordered and paid for almost a month ago

Definitely the worst on line shopping experience! It Cancelled my orders just saying the promo code listed on their website is invalid. Their products are expensive but the company’s behaviour is so cheap! Will never buy any product from this company, nor will I recommend it to other people!

Made a purchase during a recent promotion on their website. Collected my information, charged my credit card, and then canceled the order a week later due to the promotion code being invalid. A promotion code that their website input itself.
