Absolutely incorrect. Two months ago I ordered glasses that have not yet been delivered to me and do not correspond to my emails.

19 januari producten besteld maar geen bevestiging ontvangen. Laat staan de bestelde en betaalde producten. Klanten service tot in Duitsland yo reageert niet. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Lijkt sterk op fraude.

Worst customer service I have experienced! I placed an order that was accepted and paid for back on 28 January 2020 for my mum's birthday. I never received any email confirmation so I have politely sent a number of emails and have also contacted them via their social media account on Facebook. nI have been repeatedly told that someone will get back to me and to bare with them as they are a little behind due to Brexit and covid, which of course is understandable, to a degree. We are nearly an entire month down the line since I placed my order and I have heard absolutely nothing from their customer service department. I understand that things are up in the air due to recent situations but I have not experienced anything anywhere near this level of bad customer service from any other company that I have dealt with.I think it is shocking to not even get back to someone, especially a customer who has paid for a product in good faith and I would never have expected anything like this from any reputable. I really did not want to write this review but after consistently being ignored I feel I have no choice. It is a real shame because their products are lovely, but my dealings with the actual company have been a disaster, and no one there seems to care. I hope they can complete my order, particularly so my mum can get her birthday present. That would be nice.

Kapot artikel geleverd, hier op gereageerd maar vervolgens nooit meer wat van gehoord. Geen slechte service, eerder géén service. Na 2 mails, een vermelding op het retourformulier en een aantal keer gebeld te hebben nóg niks gehoord. Had beter verwacht van dit merk.

Bestelling 1,5 maand geleden geplaatst en betaald. Tot op heden nog niets ontvangen. Ze hebben geen klantenservice (of nemen niet op) en beantwoorden geen mails. Ik dacht dat dit een kwaliteitsmerk was, maar blijkbaar vergane glorie.

Happy to take your money but absolutely zero customer service. Cannot get a response to find out where a 2month old order is, not responding to emails and all the SoMe team does is forward your message to the same department that isn't responding to emails. The added kick is that their telephone number is a premium line so you have to pay to get info. Appalling, now trying to get a refund

We have ordered some glassware from them on 27th of December. Order is in processing since, then there were no updates, and no response to our questions

He comprado un plato para reemplazar uno de la vajilla y me han orientado mal en el tamaño. Y ahora me dicen que no me lo cambian. Que no hay devolución ni sustitución. Lamentable que con el precio que tienen sus artículos primero no informen verbalmente que este hecho. Nunca jamas...

J ai commandé en février 2020, pour un montant de plus de 800€, et rien à dire, rien de cassé. Je viens de commandé et reçu hier, toujours rien à dire. Donc pour moi, le service est impeccable.
Je suis étonné des avis négatif ?
Mais bon, voilà mon expérience, j ai la critique facile, mais quand tout est bon....
Ha oui juste un truc, impossible de les contacter par téléphone, j ai essayé 20 fois.

Ordered weeks ago, no confirmation of order from the company but money was taken immediately. Correspondence has been entirely ignored.

Phone line states that orders to the UK aren't available but no mention of it on the site when ordering.

Dreadful service!

I have three orders pending since December.
They do not reply to my emails.
I don’t know how to take back my money !!!!!

Ordered 4 wine glasses end of December. No email saying they’d received my order, but the money came out of my bank straight away. Still haven’t received them. Have emailed them three times with zero response other than an automated German email. I thought this company was top class..,,turns out Amazon has better customer service. Shocking. Will never order from them again.

If I had seen the bad score earlier, I would not have ordered at the webshop of Villeroy & Boch.
Products are good but communication is terrible (both by phone as by email) and they have a terrible voice recognition phone system that never gets you to the right department and ordered products arrived broken (packaging not solid) and availability of products is very bad and company promised me that products would become available (in two months) and that was a lie because it turned out to be four months. In 7 months time we have not been able to buy the (complete set) tableware that we would have liked to buy.
A real no go, this webshop.

Un tiers de ma commande est arrivé cassé et aucune réponse de la part du service client malgré mes nombreux mails et appels… ne surtout pas commander sur leur site… en ce qui me concerne c'est la dernière fois que j'achète quelque chose chez eux, dommage.

Non existent customer service. Ordered a christmas gift in plenty of time. They took 5 days to process my order and now the borders are closed. DPD have confirmed that my item will be returned to Villeroy & Boch by the end of January and then Villeroy & Boch take 30 days to process a refund!!! £300 out of pocket. Dont touch this company with a barge pole!!!!!

I ordered a dinner service from the UK website in early December, but two items were missing despite being listed on the delivery note. I have emailed three times with no response. I can't get through on the phone number. Do I have to write a letter to their head office to get a response??

I have a kitchen sink with a faulty automatic drain. Simply impossible to buy parts in Canada. Also impossible to communicate with Villeroy & Boch or a representative. I've been trying for over 2 months without success. Never again Villeroy & Boch.
