GROHE Arvostelua 318

Wir haben zwei Grohe Essence E Waschtischarmaturen (EcoJoy, batteriebetrieben) im Einsatz, die erst vor etwa einem halben Jahr installiert wurden.

Während unserer einwöchigen Abwesenheit mussten wir feststellen, dass eine der Armaturen ununterbrochen Wasser abgegeben hat. Leider lässt sich nicht mehr genau nachvollziehen, seit wann dieser Zustand bestand. Bei der anschließenden Überprüfung zeigte sich, dass die Batterie vollständig entladen war. Nach dem Austausch der Batterie funktioniert die Armatur wieder ordnungsgemäß und schließt das Wasser wie vorgesehen.

Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich für uns jedoch eine grundlegende technische und sicherheitsrelevante Frage: Ist es konstruktionsbedingt vorgesehen, dass die Armatur bei leerer Batterie geöffnet bleibt und dauerhaft Wasser abgibt? Ein solches Verhalten erscheint uns sowohl aus Sicherheits- als auch aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen äußerst kritisch.

Auf unsere erste Anfrage hin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die vorhandene Restenergie der Batterie offenbar nicht mehr ausreichte, um das Magnetventil zu schließen. Diese Erklärung ist für uns zwar technisch nachvollziehbar, wirft jedoch erhebliche Zweifel an der zugrunde liegenden Konstruktion auf. Insbesondere erwarten wir bei einem Produkt dieser Kategorie, dass es im Fehlerfall – wie beispielsweise bei Energieausfall – in einen sicheren Zustand wechselt (kein Wasserdurchfluss).

Zusätzlich wurde ein kostenpflichtiges Testgerät zur Überprüfung des Batteriestatus (ca. 120 €) angeschafft. Die daraufhin angebotene Kulanzleistung in Form einer einzelnen Batterie im Wert von ca. 7 € empfinden wir angesichts des entstandenen Schadens und Aufwands als nicht ausreichend.

Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls und des damit verbundenen Vertrauensverlustes haben wir uns bereits dazu entschieden, beide Armaturen durch Produkte eines anderen Herstellers zu ersetzen.

GROHE Blue Home - Kauf / Einbau vom Fachbetrieb - trotzdem nur Probleme - Fehlermeldungen, welche nicht weggehen, Hotline, die die Fehler nur bei anderen sucht (‚ihr WLan funktioniert nicht‘), super teuer für Filter und Sprudel … absolut kein Sprudelerlebnis und Filterwirkung kaum merklich - nach knapp EUR 2000 schmeiße ich das Teil vermutlich in naher Zukunft raus.

Quand les entreprises familiales avec une qualité exceptionnelle, un service, et le désir de satisfaire le client sont vendues à des groupes financiers, il ne reste d'eux que leur nom, le reste n'existe plus.
Honte à vous qui n'aimez que l'argent et n'aimez ni la satisfaction du travail bien fait ni le client qui vous fait vivre et qui n'avez aucun honneur personnel.
Installateur depuis 30ans je ne reconnais plus la marque Grohé avec qui j'ai fonctionné pendant des années avec grand plaisir. La qualité historique n'est plus au rendez-vous et le SAV quasi inexistant et incompétent me désole....

I needed a tiny washer for a Grohe shower head and I called customer service and was told it would cost $25.90 plus shipping. Ridiculous.
Kohler would send a replacement for free.
I will never buy another Grohe product and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks not to.

Helt värdelösa produkter! Jag flyttade till en nyproducerad lägenhet och har redan fått byta ut duschblandaren en gång, och köksblandaren har fått bytas 3 ggr. Usel kvalitet.

Lamentable que un váter de más de 2000 euros no traiga el kit de descalcificar y que luego te pidan 180 euros por unos trozos de plástico o que venga el técnico a hacerlo y te cobre 300.

Llevo mas de 2 meses contactando con el tecnico para que venga a hacer una reparación y ni siquiera contesta a mis whatsapp. Servicio tecnico de Grohe nefasto. Jamas me lo hubiera imaginado de esta marca

Wobbly handle on 1 year old Grohe kitchen tap. Small replacement bit was out of stock, so Grohe immediately sent me a replacement kitchen tap. Helpful, friendly and fast. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience with Grohe in the UK. Wanted a clip that was broken on my shower. It would have cost Grohe 10p max as it’s a good plastic clip. Instead of helping me by sending out one they wanted me to sent them details of purchase, picture of the broken clip and an email only to reply with a return the product to the seller.
The First Lady was even rude. Now Grohe is using plastic in their products and they are also getting their agents from job centres that don’t give a f*** about their customers. Well done Grohe. You are not far from losing most of your UK consumers. The fact that they were wasting my time with the emails and pictures is what makes me sick in my stomach.
Get alternative products with warranty instead of Grohe.
If you really need to get a German product get Hansgrohe. Abort and boycott Poor service providers like Grohe.

Prodotto rotto dopo giusto 2 anni 4 mesi, con danno da minimo 1000 euro, prodotto pagato 3600 euro.
Il miscelatore rovinato dopo neanche un anno....
L'estensione della garanzia non è stato possibile farla perché loro non riconoscono i codici dei loro prodotti... il sito funziona ogni morte di papa, al servizio clienti, se rispondono, non ti sanno mai aiutare...

Worst customer service of my life.!! Feb 2026. Do bot buy grohe - when it breaks after just 9 years noone at grohe will help and plumbers won’t touch it! Awful! Rude! Not helpful at all!

So I took a photo of my shower faucet and put it into Google image search within seconds I saw the model number for my shower faucet . Of course it never occurred to the customer service person who I spoke to above to tell me this what an idiot he was. After I got the model number I spoke to a new person who was very very nice. Very kind. He listened. He didn’t talk over me like the other guy and he promptly found the part and we made an order and now it’s on its way to me. All I can say is if you get a rude horrible person call back and definitely use AI to find your model number. Just go to the little camera icon in the Google search bar and upload a photo and it will find that exact item for you in seconds! Not a fan of AI, but in this case, it really saved me a ton of time and frustration. Finding a plumber who does grohe - very hard in the Midwest. The last plumber I had here said I should try to do it myself because he didn’t know how to do it. (Omg!??)

Wir haben ein Grohe Blue Wasserfiltersystem. Wir waren bislang sehr zufrieden. Nach der Garantie kam jedoch der Fehler E3, der Wasserhahn lief ständig von allein oder hörte nicht auf nach der Nutzung. Nach der 1. Reparatur war der Fehler noch vorhanden und man empfahl mir gleich ein neues Gerät (sehr nachhaltig) Ich bestand auf die Wiederholung der Reparatur. Jetzt geht der Hahn wieder, nach dem der Griff getauscht wurde. Im Ergebnis über 600€, da alles doppelt berechnet wurde.

Colonne douche installée en mai 2025 mais le plombier décèle un disfonctionnement et contacte donc le sav Grohe.
Sav Grohe diligente l'intervention d'un opérateur local le 25/06/2025 qui confirme que la colonne de douche est défectueuse et doit être remplacée. Il passe commande.
Après plusieurs appels fin juillet puis en aout, l'intervenant local me dit qu'on lui a donné une date de livraison pour le 14 novembre 2025?!?
Mi novembre n'ayant aucune nouvelle je rappelle l'intervenant Grohe à plusieurs reprises et contacte le sav par mail puisqu'impossible de joindre quelqu'un par téléphone. Après plusieurs relances, on me donne une nouvelle date fin décembre. On ne me propose aucune solution alternative je n'ai pas de douche depuis plus de 6 mois!!
En janvier je relance aussi bien le sav grohe par mail ("désolé" "navré" mais ne proposent aucune solution et prétendent qu'il leur est impossible de rembourser) que l'intervenant local impuissant qui me dit qu'il me préviendra dès qu'il reçoit la pièce pour venir l'installer. On me donne une nouvelle date la semaine 7.
Sans nouvelle en fin de semaine 7 je relance par mail le sav grohe qui m'indiquent qu' "effectivement on a été informé d'un nouveau retard" mais ne proposent toujours rien et ne donnent plus aucune date.
Ils sont vraiment mauvais aucun respect pour leurs clients finaux. L'entreprise GROHE a un sav indigne d'une grande société: ils évitent tout contact avec les clients finaux et les laissent se débrouiller avec les soucis dont ils sont la cause!!

Ho comprato Grohe Blue System nel 2024 in negozio e ho fatto installare dal mio idraulico. Tutto perfetto e funzionale. Ho comprato le prime 4 bottiglie do CO2 e poi le vado a ricaricare nel negozio assistenza Grohe. Ad agosto ho chiuso casa per un mese e ho chiamato tecnico per fare la pulizia del sistema al ritorno. Quest’anno la farò tramite app. Il filtro con arricchimento di zinco e magnesio conferisce all’acqua un buon sapore e dà benessere fisico, specie alle persone più fragili. Mia suocera vive con noi e le sue analisi dei reni sono migliorate dopo un anno di acqua Grohe. Mio marito era contrario, ma io l’ho regalato alla famiglia; oggi mi riconosce il merito di aver portato in casa un benessere psico-fisico e per noi é un grande piacere bere acqua Grohe!

Had a 20 year old hose break. Sent Grohe a picture. They Fedexed replacement with no charge. Outstanding service!

My Grohe shower cartridge that is supposed to maintain a constant water temperature is failing--the temperature drifts. I contacted Grohe about purchasing a replacement cartridge, and despite their promise to get back to me within 48 hours, I'm still waiting after four days. The product is disappointing and their customer service is worse.

My $600 Grohe had a problem the fine spray stopped working after 2 years. I checked and this is a known problem for years with apparently no effort to fix.
I think Grohe was a fine maker of high end faucets in the past but I believe they have been purchased by American Standard which explains the significant drop in quality.

Dire que le SAV est "inexistant" est un compliment. C'est un concept abstrait, une légende urbaine, un mirage dans le désert de la consommation. Le numéro de téléphone semble mener directement à un trou noir. Quant aux e-mails, ils doivent servir à alimenter une intelligence artificielle spécialisée dans le silence radio total.
