Only got 1 of 3 doors delivered. Spoke to vibrant Doors and they said they would find out where they were and let me know the same day.
Didn’t hear back for over a week and then had to call back and they said they were investigating into where they were. Not my problem, all this time I was two doors down and could book them in to being fitted. All this after paying £60 for delivery.
I think I should be refunded that for time wasting and compensation

I made a few inquiries by phone, then advised all orders are via online. Easy enought and straight forward, double checking i ordered the correct size. Free handle & hinge packs.
All delivered and in the time slot allocated.
5* For the delivery driver Henry, very pleasant asked where the doors were going, counted them down making sure I knew the weights and when the lighter ones were coming. Went through the door furniture packs, signed sealed delivered, really good customer service 5*

I ordered 7 doors 4 weeks ago, 4 matching slabs, 1 narrower slab (back order) plus 2 half glazed options (also back order).

Phoned and discussed order with someone (after waiting 40 minutes to get through). He agreed to send the 5 doors out that week when the one came back into stock we were waiting for, then have the others follow the next week when they came into stock.

Heard nothing.

Chased a 2nd and 3rd time. Told the doors were delayed but assured they'd go out once they came in that week.

Heard nothing.

Chased a 4th time and emailed. They responded and finally sent to the couriers, it's 7-10 days on from when it's booked out to the courier.

18th March I placed the order, it's the 18th April now and half of the doors are supposedly coming on Monday (20th April) but I have no contact details for the courier and no tracking.

Absolute Circus.

Never again.

Would not give this company 1 star if I did not have to. Ordered 4 doors & only opened when our joiner fitted them as was a delay with one door, one of the doors was damaged and the after sales advised that after 48 hrs they would not replace damaged door , packaged damaged at their end, shocking after sales, Do not waste your money on this company.

I was kept fully informed regarding delivery, I had a 2 hour slot so did not have ti wait in all day.

Poor delivery experience. 2 out of 6 doors delivered were damaged. One in the front and one in the corner (corner not protected). Did contact the customer service and spoke to them and was promised collection and return. However received another email after a week requesting more pictures. After waiting on call for 20 mins, I was told the parent company Deanta will call me for delivery.They operate from multiple sites 1) doorsonlineuk 2) vibrantdoors 3) doorsonlineuk . Still waiting for collection and replacement.

Until I read all the bad reviews including rude customers service I have decided to give it a miss. Was looking to purchase 9 doors.

The big problem for us is. I didn't state wether we wanted finished or unfinished doors and I except the mistake. Having spoken to Vibrant doors I offered to pay to have the correct doors we wanted and the delivery cost, but was told that they couldn't do this as they use a delivery company that don't collect and return and was told to arrange to return the product myself or appoint a designated delivery company to return our purchase. Was surprised that they were unable to take the wrong order when delivering the order we wanted.

Fast delivery, easy to order, lots to choose from.

My experiences with this company are not good and I would strongly recommend you have nothing to do with them. If I could give a zero, I would. Their customer service is disgraceful and their dealings are indeed shady. I would say that a great many of the reviews on this website are false. I have been in (brief) contact with one of their agents regarding damaged doors that I recently received from them and I have to say I am very disappointed with his correspondence and the outcome he is offered.
I bought 3 fire doors from Express Doors Direct, (Somehow linked to Vibrant Doors) and checked them for damage through their cellophane cover when they arrived. I was looking for any dents, scratches or grazes that may have been caused by the delivery crew. I could see no damage, but two of the doors had dirty covers on them.
When I came to fit the doors a few days later, I discovered upon removing the dirty cellophane that two of the doors had been damaged by being exposed to water for a long period of time for the bottom five inches of both doors. The water ingress has caused blistering and a slight discolouration to the surface.
The blistering is far too much to sand out as suggested by their agent and the doors have a covering/veneer that is wood grain effect also, so another reason that they cannot be sanded. I sent images to the agent to clearly show the problem a second time, (after he had offered £30 compensation but refused to admit liability) but have heard nothing back. The doors that are damaged were manufactured in August last year and have clearly been stored for a long period of time in an unsatisfactory place. The damage they have, has come about over a long period of time.
I am very unhappy that the doors were sent in this condition and even more unhappy about the response from the agent. It feels to me that I was deliberately sent these faulty items in the hope I would not initially notice the problem and then have an excuse not to refund me if I hadn't contacted them within 48hrs. It is deceitful and I feel a deliberate attempt to rip me off.
I have since been given the email address of the complaints dept and have emailed them 3 times over the last week, to no response. Since my last call, my calls are no longer answered and I have been left very frustrated. I am £220 out of pocket and have 2 useless doors that I have to now try to dispose of. I am very angry about this situation and would advise you to steer clear of them and Express Doors Direct, who seem to be linked to them somehow.

I would like to reiterate that this company does despatch damaged doors unlike their statement below and that the damage to my doors was not from the delivery crew, but by long term water ingress during storage. Also, as of the above date, I am still suffering this hopeless company. 2hrs after my original post here, I finally received an email from the complaints dept. We agreed they would pick up the damaged doors and reimburse me for them. They refused to offer a percentage of the delivery cost of £50 back though. Meaning I paid £50 delivery for 1 door that cost around £75! A courier company got in touch and we agreed a date to collect. A few days later, they cancelled and said I would have to go back to Vibrant Doors! After more emails to Vibrant doors, they eventually answered and said they would use another courier. All the while apologising and using feeble excuses for their ineptitude. The new couriers got in touch and said they would come next Thursday unless I wanted to arrange another date. I have a funeral next Thurs so asked for another date. That was yesterday morning and I still don't have another date. So the issue carries on. I cannot stress enough how hopeless this company is. DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Metal Bi-fold doors delivered damaged (one door bowed) and have been on to Ethan in Customer Services to get rectified but calls or emails never returned. Customer Service take forever to answer calls and then never return them. Doors are under warranty but still no service. Will be taking this further and reporting them to Authorities then legal action if necessary.

Doors were really good value for money for me as I needed 4 so the delivery charge was also considered as part of the overall cost; the doors are good quality and arrived perfect, just been fitted and the joiner was pleased with them all, not finished yet so no review but they have a nice detailed and smooth surface to work with so guess the finish is down to the decorator now.

Ordered four doors, only two delivered and both damaged, courier refused to take the damaged door back

I've ordered 5 doors. It took ages for the doors to be delivered. When delivered 1 door was missing. I've called Vibrant Doors, waited on the queue for 25 minutes, the call was dropped. Called back again took 15 minutes to speak to someone . He did not help, was just saying "I Imagine". I told him that I have not paid you with Imaginary Money and paid you with real money. He did nothing and hanged up on me. I never buy anything from Vibrant doors, there are so many local supplier, a bit more expensive but would not rip you off by not delivery the most expensive item on your order. A day is gone no news from Vibrant Doors or their courier.
