A very simple ordering process, with an easy to use website.
Plus free handles and hinges at a very reasonable prize.
Delivery was super quick and before time and within the allocation time.
The 2 Delivery men were friendly and polite and brought the doors into the house.
Overall 10 out of 10 for fantastic service from ordering to Delivery, highly recommend this company.

Absolutely 💯 brilliant service..
From the staff in the sales office to the warehouse staff..

Well done
Tom

Quick delivery with no issues thanks

Prompt and real time tracking really iseful

We bought 6 doors from here. When all 6 arrived, one was not what we'd ordered. I notified the company that day but it will take 2 weeks for the replacement door to arrive with us, apparently due to issues with the warehouse and also their transport provider, Furdeco, said they don't deliver to Scotland regularly.

2 weeks to replace a door that was incorrectly shipped is unacceptable, and is holding up further work at our house that needs to wait until the correct door is delivered.

The quality of the doors is great - but the service in fixing their error is woeful.

Website easy to use delivery on time and delivery driver was very helpful and put my wife at ease with his manor unhelpfulness and the door is beautiful

Easily to use navigate order facility via website/portal + customers services very helpful. Only negative was the designated courier/delivery agent failed to fulfil the delivery in line with the originally specified delivery date expectation, albeit Dan Wood (Vibrant Doors) kindly intervened and arranged a special courier delivery so as delivered in line with our time line expectations.

Used this company before, great products, great pricing, easy to use website with a huge range. Would always use this site as my 1st port of call

Good service

Took 5 weeks for delivery.
Didn't tell me it wasn't I. Stock when I ordered.
After chasing and being told, I was also told that I would be informed as soon as it was in stock and available for delivery.
I then emailed a week after apparent stock date, having not been contacted before , asking for a refund and cancel of order due to length of time taken , then item was dispatched same day.

Overall not happy with the experience, wouldn't recommend or use again. For slightly more in price I could of got item delivered weeks before and had installed by now.

The interior doors I bought were excellent quality and great value for money. They came with free handles, latches and hinges. The delivery charge was quite expensive and it took 2 weeks but it wasn't urgent so no big deal.

Be very wary of using Vibrant Doors if you are looking for a tight lead time based on what is advertised. We have used Vibrant Doors a few times with no problems, latest order was awful. Delivery time was double what was advertised on the website. Customer service, no help at all, managed to escalate past customer services and got a response to say it is the capacity of their third party courier who were equally as unhelpful. They offered to A) refund half of the delivery which is nothing compared to the cost of the delay on the project or B) full refund - we were on the second phase of a job that used their doors previously, so not an option. They also said that they aim to get 90% of the orders delivered on time, so it is just unlucky if you are the 1 in 10 customers that they don't get it right for. This echoes quite a few of the recent poor reviews below, so seems to be a pattern. They are also a company that is trading under multiple names, so be aware of any of the companies under the same umbrella. Quality of the Climadoor doors have been good, but had a number of issues with the quality of the hardware.

Awful customer service, ordered doors for my full house, no communication or solution! Was not helpful at all, cancelled my full order. Awful customer service!

Great delivery service and aftersales is very good, as a building company this is so important to us. competitive prices and high quality doors.

The best I can say is that we got the doors and their delivery company (Furdeco) was excellent but the customer service was really appaling. They advertise 5-8 day shipping but it took weeks and weeks before they even sent them to the shipper. The simply do not respond to emails (until after things have happened). It was so frustrating that I was close to just cancelling and buying them from the manufacturer even though they would have been more expensive.

Excellent communication. Very helpful and fast delivery.

Put an order in for 7 doors and latch and handle packs , this was the only company we could find that actually had a particular fire door in stock ,, once I ordered this morning the builder rang and said one was ordered wrongly I quickly rang and spoke to a fabulous lad called Dan Wood , he instantly rectified it all for me and changed the order , I haven’t received the doors yet however he was so polite and professional I felt his customer service warranted a review !

Sent the wrong door size as it was labelled wrong in there warehouse and stated you can’t expect the factory workers to check the sizes of the door , customer service was awful

Communication was excellent, this is important when a carpenter is booked , ensuring the job isn’t delayed. The doors are great quality. I ordered 6 doors, I was so impressed I have decided to replace a further 2 doors.

Quick delivery with no problems. Doors are of a very good quality as well as the hinges etc. highly recommend
