Well built gates. Delivered on time.

Excellent. It was on time, thanks Josh

Fast service with good communication

Good price, good service

Good price and prompt and reliable delivery.

Pretty poor in most respects - I'll try and give a brief summary:
- delivery was very slow, over 3 weeks from order
- these doors have a very thin veneer, so there's no way you're going down in size
- two doors arrived damage
- it took a very long time to get them to replace the doors they sent damaged
- still trying to get them to exchange some other doors for the appropriate size
- they just don't answer the phone. I have been on hold - place '1' in the queue - for around an hour many times
- their email address was wrong for a while

Basically they are a "sell-and-move on" place - recommend you find what you want from somewhere else (although be wary - they are also "doors & more", and I think they reference/contact from another company as well!)

Really good communication, and really nice doors.well pleased.

Received super service. Ordered easily, plenty of updates, especially on delivery. Delivery driver was very helpful & friendly. Only negative the doors did take awhile to be delivered.

Very pleased with our new door from Vibrant Doors. The delivery driver kept me informed when they were arriving and arrived on time. The delivered door is in excellent condition, which isn’t always guaranteed!
The door is exactly what I wanted, couldn’t be happier.

Excellent product, good quality, great value and delivery.

They were delivered on time the driver was very helpful and pleasant and I would recommend them.

Very good. I had initially ordered with Homebase whose service was horrendous. I cancelled that order and reordered with Vibrant Doors and the delivery was fast, efficient and cheaper.

Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to arrange a delivery that was convenient for us,

I ordered 2 Shaker internal doors and are very impressed with the quality, delivery was quick and the doors were well packaged. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend using this supplier.

Poor service,
late delivery, they said order will get delivered in 10 days ,then no response, only order if you got penalty of time to waste, order and wait, its been more then 2 weeks still no response,

The doors were a good price and were delivered on time. The free handles are a bonus. Well done to all concerned.

Great customer service and excellent communication. Special thanks to Katie Hallam!! Who has helped me a lot with replacement and to get my orders done.

Good quality door and arrived well packaged and on time.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was prompt, and the quality of the doors exceeded our expectations. We’re really happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.
