This very heavy door came wrapped in a thin plastic cover and with two of the four very flimsy corner protection pads already dislodged, which meant that these two corners of the door are bashed. In addition, somewhere in the middle of the door there is another big dent, obviously from transportation and due to the poor packaging. I paid for a new door but I received one that has been knocked about, so very unhappy

Nicely made doors and good quality free door furniture. Excellent value for money.
My only gripe - it took two weeks for the doors to be delivered

I have given 5strts for the value of the doors. The doors are lovely but the quality is not that great. I bought 6 frosted white glass doors from vivid door price wise you get what you pay for. As what I have found once the plastic came off you can see the residue of the spray white paint and the little red dots on the door. i found it very hard to take the dots off and as for the residue it is not coming out. I have read the leaflets and followed it but it is not shifting. So I am a bit disappointed with the doors for that reason. it came with free door locks which was good but not much choice if you did not what chrome. i have bought the dark wood clear glass and there was no.promblem Delivery service was great as the drive took them all in for me being a women on her own which is good plus I gone a call just before there Delivery giving me the time there will be here which was good. Order and service are excellent.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Great communication and really lovely doors. A real bonus to get the free handle packs too. Would highly recommend

Massive delay in doors arriving vs what was advertised on site. £50 us a lot to charge for a slow delivery service. 2 stars as at least customer services refund the delivery fee due to delays

Delivery guy dropped and damaged the door and refused to take it back. Called vivid and was told to fill in a report online that I have done. Still waiting for a response

Extremely disappointed with both the condition of the door and the complete lack of customer service afterwards.

The door arrived damaged, but crucially the damage was hidden behind the protective foam packaging. There was no reasonable way for us to have spotted it on delivery, and it only became visible when the door was actually opened on the day it was due to be installed.

By that point, we were put in an impossible position. We could either have the damaged door fitted or refuse installation, wait for a replacement and then potentially have to pay the installation costs all over again due to our builder’s availability. We therefore had little choice but to go ahead and fit a door that we knew was damaged.

Given the circumstances, I contacted customer service to request a reasonable partial refund/compensation for having to accept a damaged product. I have now contacted them twice and have received absolutely no response.

I find this completely unacceptable. We paid for a door in new, undamaged condition, not a damaged product that we were effectively forced to accept because the damage was concealed by the packaging until installation.

Mistakes and damage can happen, but completely ignoring a customer who is trying to resolve the situation reasonably is very poor customer service.

Based on our experience, I would be very reluctant to purchase from this company again.

Ordered a door Wednesday online that was in stock, I needed it quick for a customer so ordered it for me to pick up from there depot as I thought this would be quicker than them delivering.
There order confirmation states somebody would be in touch when available, by the following Monday I hadn’t heard anything so decided to ring, the rep I got said it would probably be tomorrow but wasn’t very confident, I had a little moan to him and he wasn’t interested hiding behind some small print on the website.
I’ve used these before a number of times but never again, terrible lead times and dire customer care, many other door companies out there.

Door delivered in good condition, only issue was, the delivery driver left it outside and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell as we were waiting for it, strange?

Delivery service updated. Good to know how far the truck from my home.Good Logistics. Price cheap , but still need to see the quality when install.
