My experience with Vibrant doors has been very disappointing. The delivery person dropped one door which was damaged so returned and also we didn’t receive the door handles in the order. It’s been almost a month and I can’t get any one to speak to me regarding the problems or get any resolution to the missing items. Avoid the hassle and buy elsewhere!

From order to delivery 3days you won't need anything better.

Number of times doors turned up damaged.
Was waiting 6 weeks for a door and was informed I would be updated shorty.
Was never updated ant any point. I constantly had to keep ringing the company with same answers. I never received the door.
Had to give up and get a refund.
Poor all round

Good door for the price and delivered promptly

Excellent all round. Finished internal doors, cottage style perfect, free good quality handles, brushed chrome and packaging and delivery all spot on. Thank you for making.life easier. And please plant a tree for me x

Quality product. Quality service.

we’re still waiting on a fire door and your communication with customers is very poor

My order was being delivered on a day I was going away. Customer services and the delivery driver were so helpful in delivering my item before we left- an excellent service and product .

Vibrant doors delivered all the doors as scheduled at 9am. Shaun Robinson carried all the doors into my garden which I was very grateful.

Should actually be 0 stars...
Should actually be 0 stars...
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
I actually ordered from climadoor, but ended up dealing with 2 useless girls from this company...
The first girl ended up sending me an email saying she had left the business, from the business email strangely!!
The second girl did nothing but lie for a month!!
I ordered four doors, and spent 3 separate days over the course of a month (losing income) waiting for them to be delivered by Furdeco (also useless).....They never arrived, and I was never notified by either company why.
I ended up losing the job which was worth £2000 plus 3 days of income and a massive dent to my reputation, also time spent trying to find out what was happening.
After lots of research, I found out that 2 of the doors were not even in the country, so they had lied about every delivery, and made me wait at home for 3 days for a delivery that had never even left the depot!!
Avoid all companies under this umbrella...

Very fast delivery only took a couple of days to arrive

great service and delivery's a breeze very efficient great deal with door furniture as well

The doors arrived without handle packs, contacted Furdeco the delivery company ,2 hours on the telephone and email, with no response concerning delivery, sales person put the phone down on me for no reason other than saying a manager/ supervisor would call me later.

Dreadful DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
the doors are substandard, customer service is 0 and you will struggle to get either a replacement or your money back

Delivery was on time as advised and the link to the drivers progress was excellent.
Driver was polite and extremely helpful with the delivery.

Delivered very quickly
Doors look great
Perfect 👍

Customer service can be really slow, both by phone and email but besides that this is solid company with great quality doors and delivery is handled well. I run a carpentry business and I order all my doors here.

Helpful, friendly driver. Safe delivery and on time
