We are currently awaiting for a cill from the company. Incorrect size sent out. Our order was quite substantial & we are very pleased with the product. We have ordered from this company before. Unfortunately the aftersales service is diabolical. What could have been resolved very quickly has taken 3 weeks & we still haven’t received the item. Apparently the managers are off sick! Our build has been substantially held up because of this.

Excellent communication, door look to be really good quality

Waiting for weeks to the order to be collected as been send all damaged and I have compensation for the trubles and waisted time takeing time off to wait for the order to be collected and today been told by Harry customer service oparator that they done a gesture of good will that they book the collection for free , absolutely ridiculous behaviour from customer service and from this company

Lovely doors. Delivered by two really nice guys who brought them into the house for me. Thanks Karl and martin

Very bad experience product delivered 3 weeks later than expected no calls to inform about the delays only when i tried to reach them had the phone put down on me 3 times will never buy from the same company ever again

The website was easy to use and we could narrow down our search with the filters. We received confirmation about our order and updates regarding delivery. On the day, the delivery team contacted us to give a time, they arrived and carried the doors up two flights of stairs. An excellent service.

Our delivery was conducted on time and as scheduled by two employees who were a credit to the company.

Well I am so impressed with my order. I ordered two glazed fire doors, to start off with the price was very competitive, order arrived well inside the time scale you said. The delivery was seamless, had text to follow the tracking, it literally told me how many drops were in front of mine. Then had a 20minute before call. The two delivery drivers were both pleasant. Also since then my builder has had to phone your company to get some information regarding the fire doors , he said you were knowledgable. Thank you I would definitely recommend Vibrant Doors .

Exceptional service, delivery and product, far exceeded our expectations

We fou d exactly the style of door we were looking for. It wase asy to order it via the website. Delivery was quick and the door arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

Poor communication from trade sales team.

Great service, quick delivery and quality of items received really great too!

First door delivered was damaged (I am confident by the carrier, not by Vibrant) but Vibrant were most helpful replacing the damaged door for new which was delivered in perfect condition. Product is very good. I would not hesitate to use Vibrant again.

Really please with my order. The communication for the delivery was excellent, the driver was lovely and really helpful.

Purchased 6 doors from Vibrant and they look good quality. Doors not fitted as yet. Hit a snag and contacted Customer Service who were excellent in resolving my issue. Plus for every review they are planting a tree. Well done Vibrant.
