Great services, tracking was spot on. Many thanks....

Great delivery with no concerns. Doors look amazing. Have not put them up yet. Excited to see what they look like

Easy to order had all I wanted great price very good delivery

Do not order doors from this company — hands down the most inefficient service I've dealt with.

I placed my order two weeks ago, assuming that meant delivery would be arranged promptly. Instead, I heard nothing until the delivery company emailed asking when I wanted delivery. When I tried to sort it, I couldn't get past their automated customer service, and once I finally reached someone, they couldn't even find my order.

They eventually scheduled delivery for the following week — apparently they only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, which wasn't made clear at any point. On the day, the driver didn't knock at my building site — assuming a locked gate meant no one was there — and left without delivering. I'm now being charged a redelivery fee for their own mistake.

On top of the wasted time, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you value your time or your money.

Excellent selection of doors. Speedy delivery - we were the last delivery of the day, but the guys were still cheerful and careful.

Door was delivered on time and was in good condition.

Good products and decent price.

Local factory, open to allow you to look at the options - Ordering was simple and you can get advice from a human at the other end of an email/phone line, which is important now!

Delivery was on time with a friendly helpful delivery guy sorting the doors out for me as I wanted them in a specific order(!).

Would highly recommend.

I’ve had a lot of doors from this company over the last few years. This was my final addition. I have found that the prices are excellent although delivery costs can be pricey unless you order several doors in one go. The online app is easy to use. Emails received gave me all the info I needed. Even my email asking for a delivery update was carried out quickly and the door arrived the following day. Excellent service all round

Excellent service, great product and reasonable price.

Excellent prompt service and pleasant driver. Glass internal door is a great match to older doors in the house. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service, Easy to order on line, competative prices, doors in stock, doors that other suppliers don't have, fantastic delivery service that was on time and kept upto date with tracking info. Quality product.

Overall good. Doors (3) were exactly what I ordered and were keenly priced.
One door has marks, but will be painted anyway.
Tried to call delivery company twice (19th and 11th in queue), though automated process worked.

Plenty of choice on website, straight forward to order.
Delivery was quick. Pleased with product and over all service

Great service from ordering to delivery. Kept informed of order progress and delivery by Sam was timely and friendly.

Easy to order. Received within stated time frame. Great product.

Efficient process, the guys were helpful when I collected the door. The door looks really good quality, can't believe the price. It's finished beautifully with the wax oil they recommended. I was able to trim the door to size without any issues. High quality bargain.

Great doors, good price and comprehensive care guidance

Simply and easy ordering and delivery was quick and efficient no problems with any of the process I would highly recommend this company, as I’ve used them before with the same product and same service and the doors are exceptional quality amazing service
