Fabulous

The ordering process was straightforward from an easily navigable website providing a great choice of doors.

Following the placing of the order, there was an issue - entirely my fault - but the customer service team were so helpful and friendly, providing reassurance and support, putting right my mistake

The communication through to delivery was excellent, and the courier company extremely polite, carrying all the doors through to where we needed them

We ordered 9 doors, 4 different designs, and each of them is sturdy, well finished and well worth the prices. Even our fitter, an experienced carpenter exclaimed that these were some of the best doors that he has seen and fitted.

We shall certainly use Vibrant Doors again and can thoroughly recommend them

Very disappointed with the communication l had with this company l had no response by email after waiting 8 working days and no communication to inform me the doors had been dispatched and when they would be delivered plus doors were left outside my property, l had no idea they were getting delivered on that day, apart from that the doors seem pretty good so far.

I had trouble making the payment and had to make three calls then was told to use a different site. Same problem. Eventually worked the next day. I then asked in advance of the doors being delivered if you did a W bi fold door fixing and was told No. Only to get an e mail saying you did. I had by then bought one elsewhere which is annoying. Need clarity on communication I think

The doors are quite heavy and definitely worth what I paid for them, they’re really nice doors, I do think that they might mark very easy because of the finish but I’m still pleased with my purchase, delivery was in good time also.

From the ease of ordering online to the excellent delivery guys, my experience has been first class.
The 3 doors I ordered are perfect and better than I had envisaged.
I unpacked the 3 doors and fitted them immediately, they look amazing!

Second time buying from this excellent company. 100% recommend.

good selection , Easy to order, balue for money. brilliant delivery driver Sam was amazing, really friendly & extremely helpful

Excellent delivery.
Doors are of excellent quality and can’t wait to install and post.

After emailing you to ask when you would deliver (I am 70 years old, the door is for the 3rd floor bedroom and I would need someone to help me get it up there) your driver just turned up with it at 2.00pm today. So although the door is probably okay (I have t had it unpacked yet - the joiner is coming tomorrow) your communication skills are next to useless.

Delivery was not made on the advised date, no communication to advise this was the case, when called to chase the courier company they were unhelpful and put the phone down, so called vibrant direct as they are the supplier to be told the courier was over the load, so we would have to wait over a week after our original delivery, when asked if they can send with another contractor was told no. the customer service (if that's what you can call it is shocking) i asked for a call back from a manager over a week ago and i am still waiting, clearly don't care about customers, honestly i wouldn't waste your time/money with this company, people make mistakes but its about how its rectified and to do this date a week and a half after still hasn't been.

Easy process, kept me informed of delivery date and time

The young man was very helpful

I am very dissatisfied with my sliding door order. The description stated that the set included the door and the tracks, but it turned out the door wasn't even prepared for track installation—there were no pre-drilled holes. To make matters worse, the shipping company responsible for collecting the door for the return/claim charges a fee that almost exceeds the cost of the door itself! The person handling the claim was extremely rude and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It took 10 days for the door to be delivered and alot longer then the time stated when we ordered the door. After contacting you we had to continue chasing for an update. The delivery text received from XDP did not even mention it related to the Vibrant door and was received on the date of the delivery, thus not giving us much notice.

So far, really impressed with the product and the service. I knew exactly what I wanted, so did a quick google search a week or so ago. I found this door at Vibrant Doors. Happily, it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. Ordered that night, but delivery was little quicker than I expected, so had to reject the first day, and it arrived today. Delivery driver was fab... really polite, friendly and helpful.
I haven't actually checked the quality or done anything with the door yet because I'm a bit too injured for that, but through the plastic it looks great!

Having issues with a product, have been fobbed off after weeks, with no resolution, it’s a simple fix for manufacturers to do but no one will take responsibility. I do have more jobs needing this product, but definitely won’t be using them again disappointing

Very easy, straightforward ordering online, and very reasonable prices. Quick delivery and a tracking link, also very nice helpful driver. Lovely doors, will use company again

They don't know the selling regulations and make up their own rules. If you buy something online you can return it within 14 days for whatever reason. This lot give you 48 hours. They keep saying they are within the law in the sale of goods act. It seems they cannot read. Very curt replys from them. Abysmal service. Just puts you off buying British if indeed they are. Very bad experience.

Excellent service, was able to track delivery every step of the way.
Josh the driver was polite, helpful and friendly
He brought doors straight to my front door so I could easily carry them in
Would definitely recommend
Thankyou, am please thank josh
