Leaving this here since I can't on Amazon since I canceled my order. I ordered a phone (mine is DEAD, no phone, i work from home, you can imagine how much I need one) from them on thursday of last week. Said it would be delivered yesterday. It wasn't even SHIPPED yesterday. When I emailed them asking them where it was, they took a full day to respond and when they did, said "we're investigating the issue and will keep you informed."
NOT ACCEPTABLE. when I ask where my phone that I paid for that I need is, and it's past the date of delivery and you haven't even shipped it, that response is absolutely ludicrous. It would take five minutes to look into it and make sure it was shipped promptly. Why waste my and their time sending me some b.s. that doens't even mean anything? Screw these guys.

Not such a good experience, very poor lack of communication on their end. I sent in my iPhone 6s in great condition. I never received any emails from them for a while and when they finally return my email. Thy let me know my phone is being returned and they are not sure why. I still haven’t been notified as to why they returned my phone.

I was selling a phone that I couldn’t use because the ringer constantly turned itself on and off and they said I would get $50 initially which I was already excited about. The package came super fast and I shipped it back to them no problem. I just got paid and I got $91!!!! That’s so amazing that they gave me more than I expected. I will be using this site in the future and recommending to friends.

I never post reviews but I got such excellent service I wanted to share my experience. Sent quotes in for three old phones, two of which had broken glass faces. I was quoted $72 for an iPhone 6s and got $129 instead. Quoted $5 for a Samsung JV7 and got $15. Money went straight in my paypal and was sent notifications via email about it all. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about sending my pristine iPhone X to this seemingly new company. They really didn't have many reviews online and the reviews they did have seemed negative. However, I got a quote for my iPhone X on 1/2/19, received the free box to ship it to them on 1/5/19, shipped it out 1/7/19, signed up for email notifications to know when it was delivered (which was 1/11/19) and received payment via PayPal the next day, 1/12/19 with the exact amount I was quoted! Very fast and accurate service. They provided the highest quote for my phone in comparison to other trade website as well. Highly recommend!

Rip-off!!! I purchased an Apple Watch Series 4 in Sept. Had no idea I needed an iPhone to use it. Purchased iPhone to use iWatch. Hated the iPhone as I have always used android, so went to Trademore to sell watch. They offered $260 so I sent it in. Once received they changed offer to $205. Said it wasn't as described. They returned to me without my charger and wristband worth $130!!

I bought an iPhone 6 124gb for $145 October 2018 from TradeMore. Description said iPhone had scratches, signs of wear. iPhone arrived with a noticeable scratch on screen which did not affect viewing too much. Acceptable. iPhone worked well for 3.5 weeks then screen no longer responded to touch. (Due to scratch?) Contacted TradeMore returned iPhone with in 4 week return window. Got $145 returned within 3 weeks. Less stars for the inconvenience of a phone that did not last long. Had I been outside the 1 month return window, I don’t believe I could have returned the iPhone. It needed screen replacement. I would use TradeMore again however. They did not intentionally sell a bad phone to me. older iPhones, like everything, wear out.
