Meross Arvostelua 

Ich habe seit ca einem halben Jahr einen meross Gurt Rolladen Öffner , der auch mit der meeres-app einmal frei funktioniert hat. Jetzt hat sich die von dem Rolladen getrennt. Eine neue Kopplung ist mir seit zwei Tagen nicht gelungen, obwohl ich alles befolgt habe. Wenn ich eine Bewertung unter einem Stern machen könnte würde ich das auch machen ich kann doch nicht 12 Stunden damit verbringen für eine Kopplung herzustellen. Ich habe Erfahrung im herstellen von solchen kopplungen.

If you are starting your journey into house automation! Do NOT start it with Meross! Please! Go anywhere else! I did start mine with Meross over 15 years ago and now I have to move away from Meross and switch over to another company for my home automation at a HUGE cost in time and money! The final nail was the purchase of their latest presence sensor and could not get it to work! I emailed Meross and their reply was that this sensor is only Bluetooth enabled and will not work with any current Meross devices! It will only work with 3rd party setups eg. Google/Apple...

Les prises Meross se dérèglent régulièrement, ce qui oblige à les réinitialiser = temps perdu, procédure complexe, argent jeté par la fenêtre. Visiblement, la note globale reflète l’avis des utilisateurs et la marque ne sait y répondre. Fuyez. 😡

Köpte en hub MSH150 och 6 st brandvarnare MA151.
Först en extremt komplicerad och strulig installation som fick göras om flera gånger innan de kopplades samman.
Sen test med brandgas, 2 av 6 brandvarnare reagerade. På riktigt! 2/3 reagerade INTE!!!

Köp inte något från detta oseriösa företag!

There is nothing intuitive in the system. It is a mystery. The instructions are not clear. Why call a "schedule" a "routine"? And what is a scene? And what is a device? It needs to be explained, and it isn't.

I've set up and used many Meross MSS110 plugs in the past. Easy set up, no problem. Trying to set up one of their MSS115 Matter plugs is impossible. I have tried two different plugs. Followed every single instruciton. Even set up a dedicated 2.4 ghz wifi network for only smart home devices, using a modern router. These devices refuse to connect to a wifi network. Their tech help was no use at all. After working with them and doing all of their suggestions they finally said I must be doing something wrong... This is as im following their instructions. Avoid these plugs They just dont work.

Depuis quelques années je commande du matériel chez Meross via Amazon. Jusque là rien à redire, tout fonctionne.
Puis via leur forum, je pourrais profiter d'un essai gratuit d'un article ???
Je suis d'accord et m'oriente vers un détecteur de fumée connecté.
Réponse de leur part par email : OK.
Le temps passe puis n'ayant plus de nouvelle, je les contacte via le forum de l'application. (aucun autre moyen, donc attention en cas de besoin...)
J'ai enfin LA réponse par email.
Je dois commander sur Amazon, payer le matériel 53,00€ et et une fois mes remarques envoyées... Je pourrai garder le détecteur...
Tu m'étonnes, il ne manquerait plus que ça, payer le prix fort, le tester et le renvoyer !
Chez MEROSS, la relation clients est bizarre. Je ne sais pas ce qu'ils entendent par "essai gratuit"???
Mais bon, autant en parler pour éviter que des personnes achètent en pensant être remboursées.
Évidemment, j'ai mis fin à cette demande, et de toutes façons, ils m'ont retiré de l'essai publié sur leur forum...
En fait par "essai gratuit", ils entendent "donner gratuitement votre avis et vos remarques".
Ils s'imaginent peut-être que partout dans le monde les avis sont payants ???
Drôle de conception du commerce !

Pratiquement impossible de trouver le chemin vers le support client. Tellement marre de ce genre d'entreprise !

Bought 4 of those plugs and the very first thing Meross asks is your email address before you can do anything with your new purchase. Wasted 30 minutes of my life on them, and dumped to the recycling bin. You know what? Regular light switches are simple, reliable, and they actually work which is very liberating!

Meross garasje åpner er et fantastisk produkt brukte ca 20 minutter på å installere samt koble produktet til smarthuset. Det er super enkelt og er kjempefornøyd med hele installasjonen via appen som viser i detaljer hvordan man installerer og setter alt opp i appen.
Alt i alt kan jeg kun varmt anbefale Meross MSG 100 som en oppgradering til garasjen.

Spent a lot of money on these wifi thermostatic valves. Batteries only last less than 12 months then you spend an age replacing batteries and setting up the system again. Bedroom valve groaning and churning during the night. The boiler thermostat is ok by the way. So glad I kept the trusted thermostatic valves, will be refitting them shortly. I would not recommend this wifi/AA battery system.

Mon parc d'objets connectés fonctionnait à merveille jusqu'à l'arrivée du petit dernier,qui semble avoir fait voeu de déconnexion éternelle. Trois après-midis de lutte acharnée, et je dois me contenir pour ne pas inventer de nouveaux mots... La bestiole défie toute description polie !

The say presale late August. In late August they change it to presale in September. Been waiting for a month and keeps getting delayed.

Not only that, they say in their website 24/7 email support, being waiting for a week with no response whatsoever.

Be aware, they will take your money and won’t ship the product nor respond your questions.

Nach einer Woche schreibe ich dem Support wo meine Lieferung bleibt und dass das Tracking aus der Bestellbestätigung nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin kriege ich eine Mail mit einem Tracking Link, in dem steht, dass die Sendung gerade erst angekündigt wurde.

Auf Rückfrage kriege ich exakt die gleiche Mail nochmal. Einen Tag später die Mail dass ein Artikel von zweiten verschickt wurde. Dann werden die Artikel auch noch aus China verschickt, obwohl die auch hier im Amazon Warenhaus liegen. Ob der zweite Artikel auch noch kommt ist zweifelhaft. Ich wende mich an Paypal.

I have a colored smart bulb from Meross and there is a reason it’s cheap. It’s unreliable and will disconnect for no apparent reason randomly. If you have an Apple HomeKit forget about it. Every source will tell you to reset it by turning the light on and off several times until it blinks. You’re better off making a magic circle and conjuring a demon to help you figure out the mystery of resetting this terrible product. The manual tells you the Meross app is still crucial to keeping the thing connected but when you have an iPad it won’t let you connect to the app itself. You have to put in the HomeKit. And then if you need to reset the bulb the HomeKit WILL NOT let you delete the bulb and refuses to let you add it again. So any instructions for resetting it on apple HomeKit are useless. Do not buy this awful product!

I have two Meross smart or not so smart plugs they worked fine when I was on virgin broadband since I’ve been on EE they haven’t worked at all. I’ve tried the support on both companies and it’s complete and utter waste of time. Do not buy Meross they’re not worth the hassle; and don’t go with EE either.
