Tracks Direct Arvostelua

Excellent and highly efficient service. Very strongly recommended to all potential customers

Ruth, one of the employees worked along with my measure, and also give good advice on which track to use. I loved her expertise! The track deleted perfectly like a glove. Thank you! 👌

Haven’t received the track yet, some issues with my measurements

Ruth and her team were superb. Hirely recommend

We were not sure what to do with regard to curtains in our bay window. Neither of us wanted to block the light with curtains at the bends.
We found Tracks Direct online who shaped a continuous rail with returns to the wall each side of the bay.
Measuring was easy with their online guides - which was all checked by the company. They gave us some great advice on brackets to facilitate the 'sweep' of the curtains.
Track arrived as stated and was easy to put up. It looks fantastic.
From start to finish, the whole process took 14 days which would have been 7 - had I not been tardy in checking my emails.
Great product and great service, at fair price.
For some reason I note that this review site thinks we are writing from France - not so. We live in the UK.

Worked really well with good product, as one expects at their prices. Delivery was also expensive, so I didn't expect a dump on the doorstep in the rain.

Quality product. Thank you

Super fast to make and deliver
I would say that the metal tracks are flimsy - hopefully they will hold the test of time
Very helpful pre ordering

Bought Silent Glass 1280 curtain track. Expensive but quality of all parts much much better than the standard Swish. And priority delivery very efficient

The ordering process couldn’t have been made any simpler. From start to finish, it was laid out in such a way as to avoid any mistakes. The price was more than fair and delivery was very fast and professional. Thank you to the team who put this together for us!

The website is very comprehensive and we were able to select the most appropriate track quickly. Ordering was easy. Delivery was amazingly quick and the track arrived in a sturdy cardboard tube (full marks for recyclability). Would certainly recommend.

Part was exactly what I needed, the postage was almost as much as the parts though!

Whole experience of ordering and fitting curtain rail was easy and looks great!

It isn’t a cheap product but then the quality is very evident. It is packaged better than fragile tech. It comes with all the instructions and parts needed as well as a template. Very impressed.

Great company to deal with and very helpful staff to answer any questions you might have.

Great service from this company was informed at each stage of manufacture, easy website to navigate and great instructions to be able to measure your rails. Will definitely use again

Excellent customer service. At first we had some issues with the order confirmation and payments taken, etc.... but this was entirely IT related. Once this was sorted the tracks arrived very promptly but somehow the angle was off. I would like to enchant Ruth who went beyond and above to ensure I got the measurements right and the delivery to my convenient timings. Outstanding responsive and helpful, overall a very pleasant and enjoyable customer service.

I can only recommend.

Fitted recess properly. Installed in 30mins. Run really smoothly.

Same quality product as ever. This is the fourth track I have bought over the last 16 years, gradually replacing our old plastic tracks. Very well packaged. Curtains glide effortlessly.
