Excellent Customer Services
Excellent Customer Services. They were very cooperative when honouring the Extended 3yr Warranty on my Air Fryer. This was even though it only had 2 months to run. They didn't quibble at all.

The quality of the frying pans wasn't great. I sent photographs to customer service, who quickly arranged for replacements. The process was very easy to follow and Zoe was a great help. Very amenable and empathetic.

Unfortunately, I have had an issue with my salt & pepper grinder twice, however on both occasions, Tower have been fabulous and sent a replacement. My most recent issue was dealt with by Sara and she was helpful, friendly and very understanding and is sending me another replacement out.
