Tower are very honest!
My Tower kettle had worked perfectly for two and half years. By registering the product on line I got a three year warranty for free. Tower honoured the warranty and within less than 24 hours had despatched a replacement .

Great service for a replacement air fryer within warenty
I spoke with joseph today about my broken air fryer. He was extremely helpful! And responded very fast, within 24 hours of me emailing to say it was broken, and once I had verified this by sending photo and video evidence, I was told a new one would be sent out to me. Very efficient service. Especially when things have gone wrong! Brilliant company!

I love my tower bin
I love my tower bin, although the lid can be a bit temperamental, after emailing I received a reply after a few minutes from Ezmie, she arranged for a replacement after a few documents were sent over! Excellent customer service, would defo recommend tower.

Airfryer shows E1 got in contact with Joseph at tower , although it was now 2 years old it was still under the warranty they said it would be replaced but did not have like for like so excepted another model awaiting delivery .

I purchased a set of pans 3 years ago & yesterday 1 of the handles fell off. I contacted Tower & was contacted back within minutes. After sending proof of purchase & proof of warranty the problem was dealt with & a replacement is being sent out.

Had an issue with an my slushi machine, Diane at customer service was amazing at trying to source my replacement when it was out of stock everywhere. Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My airfryer was recalled after a year of using, tower had offer an replacement of any choice from their catalogue and I have received an upgraded airfryer within 5 days. Unfortunantely, there was an issue with that one after 6 months of use. As I reported it to Tower, Zoi the customer service representative, straight away offer me another replacement and I should receive it within 5 days. I must say, this is a very good customer service from tower. They are very good with customer communication and very responsive and respectful. I hope the replacement unit will last for a long period. As electronic product can fail, but I hope it was an one off, but I must say, Tower is 10 on 10 in customer service. Thank you.
