0* stars for what went on nearly 3 weeks!! a simple order of 1 item for delivery. They send you a feedback review form before you have received anything but will not post it as it is negative and an honest customer review. How is this a true fair reflection. All normal & straightforward initially, item ordered & paid for on their website. Order confirmation received, notified out for delivery (with EVRI) then all goes pear shaped. Item not received, I am left chasing up with both Evri couriers customer service & Tower Houseware customer services for the next two & half weeks to get no further and still no item. During this process I asked for a refund, this was ignored the first time. Nearly two weeks later I am going in the same circles, no item delivered and no refund. I asked Tower to refund again or escalate the case. A couple of days later a refund does appear but not for the amount paid out, they refund less. I query this and am sent a response that Tower will 'as a gesture'!! refund the delivery charge also!!!!!! REALLY?? Legally I am entitled to a full refund if they have not fulfilled the order or delivery. The amount of customers they must try that with?!! I ordered the same item 15 mins before writing this review and am collecting on the way home...simple. WOW shocking company & customer service.

Purchased air fryer and book on 18th June I did not receive product as was out of stock. They were quick enough to take my money but would take 10-14 to get money back. Not good service. I was asked to do a review on their website which I did and they have emailed me saying they would not be posting it as it does not meet their requirements. Such a shame as love their products shame service is dire

Chioma at customer services replied to my request for help as I couldn’t seem to register my new Tower microwave . Using the info I had given in my first email, she replied very quickly to advise she had registered it on my behalf to ensure I had the extended warranty too and then sent the confirmation certificate on to me by email. Very easy communication, very quick and positive result. Thanks Chioma, much appreciated 👍

A very quick response to my original email detailing the faults in my breadmaker, which was under an extended guarantee. I answered a few questions and sent in all the required information and photos. A replacement breadmaker was agreed. The whole process only took a couple of days. Zoe and Elle were polite, helpful and professional throughout. I am looking forward to receiving my new breadmaker in a few days time.

In April I suffered an electric shock while using my Tower air fryer. I reported this frightening incident to Tower, who requested that I send the air fryer over to them for investigation, which I promptly did.
It is now July - it has taken 10 weeks for the company to weakly respond by saying that the air fryer apparently is not faulty. I don't entirely believe this, but at least now I can get my electrician to look at the electrical socket, which I have not dared to use since the incident.
The response from Tower has been shockingly slow, vague and pointless. But perhaps most annoying is their assertion that they have sent me a replacement air fryer. They haven't sent me a bean unless it is a bloody INVISIBLE air fryer!!
Do not trust this company - in my true experience, they have no customer care, they are negligent, they are painfully slow to respond and they are deceitful.
In reply to Tanya's response to my review: 30 days turned into nearer 60. No-one checked to see if I had received the replacement fryer and replies to emails were painfully slow. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. In this hot weather, it has also been really inconvenient and costly to be without an air fryer.

My 18 month old air fryer stopped working, I had no digital display so was unable to use it. I was covered by the extended warranty and contacted customer service by email. They responded within 12 hours, after a couple of emails and photos later, all was resolved and I am now awaiting a replacement air fryer. Well done customer service for all your prompt responses
