First class customer service
I purchased a waste bin in February last year which developed a fault. I contacted customer services and must say had an excellent experience, no trying to weedle out or saying the warranty wouldn't be covered. On proof of purchase, an immediate replacement was arranged by the very helpful Elle.

Excellent customer service; 60l 3 compartment recycling bin went missing in transit, new one quickly dispatched. When it arrived, so did the original bin, customer services told me to keep both bins. Thank you Joseph!

Bought a 50L Sensor Bin which I thought…
Bought a 50L Sensor Bin which I thought at the price of £160 was going to be a quality product however after 1 year and 9 months the bin lid has rusted - customer services are not interested so having to go down the legal route just to get a new bin lid

My Tower housewares window vac…
My Tower housewares window vac developed a fault with the motor.
I contacted customer service and my issue was dealt with by Joseph.
The whole process was extremely swift, after providing evidence I was informed a replacement was being sent out straight away.
Joseph’s customer service skills and his general manner were exemplary and I’m extremely happy with the service provided.

I have been chasing an air fryer that…
UPDATE 22/07
I did get a refund thanks to Julija for sorting this out. I then ordered another airfryer through Boots, still sticking with a Tower product. I was told it would be delivered by 21/7. In communication with RKWholesalers, whom Boots use, I instantly recognised the same email format as Tower. So it has been confirmed they are the same people and surprise surprise I have no airfryer...the third one is missing, no communication from the company since I ordered it over a week ago and no communication from Evri, whom I assume have not had it sent to them this time.
BE VERY AWARE that other companies, that seem reputable, may end you back in the same infernal problem of no delivery, no communication and very poor service.
I am beyond angry now!
Initial review
I have been chasing an air fryer that should have been delivered over 3 and half weeks ago. Actually two air fryer. Customer service was initially great after the first air fryer went missing with the completely inept behaviour of Evri. So, another one was sent and I asked specifically for it not to be with Evri, but yet it again it was sent by them through Evri. I question the logic of using a company they know and admitted that they have a lot of issues with.
Guess what? Evri immediately lost the second air fryer!! How is that actually possible? I was told it would come in 24 hours as I needed it for guests coming, but even though Evri acknowledged the 24 hour delivery, nothing happened in terms of tracking again. So two more days passed and I contacted Evri again and Tower and Tower said they would look into it again, just like the first one. I as told I would hear back in 48 hours. 48 hours passed and I have no email update. I therefore emailed again and got a very polite reply, as I had on all other times, saying really sorry, they understand my frustration, but they hadn't heard themselves from the couriers. That is the last I heard, last Thursday, so today I called and asked for a refund. I was told I would get an immediate email confirming that the refund had been actioned.
I have not received an email or any evidence/proof of the refund. Over 3 hours has passed, it should have been an immediate email. I have tried to call again and now customer services are not answering calls, the instructions are to email.
How does this company exist? We still want one of their products, but will actually find another way to get it.
If anyone from Tower is reading this. It has to be sorted. I now want a refund and an email confirmation. ASAP.
Latest tracking number don't know if this helps, if any feels like contacting me to sort this out before I explode!

my 3rd edit on this but as somebody called Liberty took it on board at H/O yesterday and moved mountains I'd like to say a big thankyou.Don't want to go into details but had a terrible year so far and this broke the camels back, Anyhow just received a message from a courier who will be delivering a new air fryer this evening. Very efficient customer service
My iron stopped working within the extended warranty period and Tower customer services dealt with it all in the space of an hour. Elle was particularly helpful and responded to every email straight away, culminating in a replacement iron being sent out in the next 24 hours.
