Ist der letzte Shop warte schon seit November auf mein Geld. Seit 10.1. 2025 bekomme ich noch nicht Mal mehr eine Antwort auf Mails. Finger weg !!!!!!

Åkte till swatch huvudkontor i Stockholm efter att ha varit hos en urmakare som lyckades förstöra batteriluckan ringer på dörren till swatch huvudkontor blir insläppt och ombeds att sitta ner i receptionen där blir jag erbjuden kaffe eller the medan en kille tar hand om min klocka.Efter ca 15 minuter återvänder han med min klocka med ny batterilucka samt nytt batteri han har dessutom polerat hela klockan och armbandet så den ser ut som ny när jag frågar vad det kostar så säger han att det ingår i vår service tack man blir paff vilken service och vilka trevliga människor detta kallar jag kundservice.

Montre Flik Flak achetée pour un enfant. Celui-ci est très soigneux, il l'enlève systématiquement avant le sport, etc. Moins d'un an après avoir eu la montre, le bracelet est cassé. Le service après-vente de veut rien savoir, et pire, impossible d'avoir un nouveau bracelet en ligne, il faut se rendre en magasin partenaire. Seul hic, c'est un bracelet personnalisé, brodé. Seul magasin officiel à proximité : 200km. Aberrant, quelle déception !

There is no way this is still a Swiss owned company. The Swiss are known for quality and expediency. I cannot believe that this company is still run based on those principles. I purchased a small women's watch in August 2024. Within a week or two the piece no longer kept time. I reached out to the company for a return because I have like 0 faith in a repair/return for a watch that broke so quickly. First annoyance - they don't accept returns if you have worn the watch. Like, what. None, at all?? Then, their "warranty" is beyond a ridiculous process. I am a digital nomad so doing anything by mail is laborious. To even begin the process you are required to provide them with a mailing address. Even though - lo and behold - the next step in the process is YOU having to PRINT and SHIP a form to them to request the beginnings of a warranty with them. Only upon inspection and qualification can you then maybe get a replacement or a repair. Let's see how many more months it takes for me to get this done before chapter 3 in this saga.

swatch online delivery option for overnight delivery for $10 extra is fake. i ordered on the 23rd and expected to receive on the 24th with the overnight charge fee but instead got delivery scheduled for the 27th. swatch was not able to deliver as promised. They also failed to address my second email in response to their first email. Totally ignored the customer's complaint. Customer service is poor. fedex was willing to refund the $10 but unfortunately it was swatch in house fedex delivery so they cant refund me and I have to go through swatch. this recent purchase was supposed to be a christmas gift which did not come in time. such a disapointment especially their unwillingness to refund $10 for overnight shipping that didnt happen. poor response time. poor refund policy.

Die swatch bonfire hat mich für den Preis von chf 240.-- schwer endtäuscht.
Wie der Name wie ihr Erscheinungsbild vermuten lässt verspricht man sich eine tolle Outdoor Uhr doch schon unter normalen Unständen ist die Uhr wegen ihrem Ziffernblatt und den viel zu feinen Zeigern total unbrauchbar.
Im vergleich zu einer G-shock ProTrek ist die swatch bonfire ihr Geld nicht wert und das alleine nur wegen Zifferblatt und Zeiger.
Sieht zwar gut aus und ist sicher stabil aber als outdoor Uhr unbrauchbar.

Voglio esprimere la mia gratitudine e ringraziare Swatch: ho acquistato un orologio SUOZ355 Basquiat da un sito online (non Swatch) e dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo il cinturino ha iniziato a perdere il colore e a spellarsi. Ho contattato il sito del venditore, il quale si è rifiutato di sostituirlo in garanzia. Invece Swatch ha accettato di sostituirlo gratuitamente. Comprerò sicuramente altri orologi, ma questa volta direttamente dal vostro sito! Grazie mille!

Un achat effectué le 8 décembre avec frais DHL express pour être certain d avoir le colis avant le 24/12. Nous sommes le 26 toujours pas de colis après deux appels à swatch et pour toute réponse “mon collègue est en vacances “

Plastic front instead of glass is a poor substitute, loud ticking noise and poor build quality of my bio ceramic watch.
The strap is falling apart ( only a year old ) even though it's not my everyday watch I wear it a few times a week.

Dopo che un negozio locale aveva danneggiato il mio orologio durante una riparazione, ho contattato il servizio clienti di Swatch per spiegare la situazione. Sono davvero colpito da come hanno gestito il mio caso: hanno risposto subito, lo hanno preso molto seriamente e mi hanno addirittura inviato un orologio nuovo di zecca!

Questa esperienza ha rafforzato ancora di più la mia ammirazione per Swatch. La loro attenzione ai clienti è davvero straordinaria, e i loro prodotti di alta qualità, uniti a un servizio impeccabile, li rendono unici. Ich habe bestellt und unsere Tochter hat sich am Ende gegen das Modell entschieden. Die Rückabwicklung war reibungslos und sehr angenehm.

Vandaag bij Swatch Rotterdam geweest. Mijn oudste zoon had een flik flack horloge gekregen maar het bandje was helaas stuk gegaan bij het klimmen in een boom. Het was niet te maken, maar ik kreeg geheel gratis ( garantie) gelijk hetzelfde horloge mee terug! Geweldige service!

Great service and quick standard delivery. I bought a present for my uncle around peak Christmas time. It said it could take up to 10 working days, but it only took 4! And there were regular delivery updates accessible online.

Horrific staff in the Covent Garden location. Rude, unfriendly and disrespectful management of the store. If you’re looking to be have a great day AVOID THIS STORE

Travelled all the way from Manchester to be spoken to horribly by staff. Rude staff who didn’t want to be there and couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Especially the manager of the store. A disgrace!!!

Montre achetée le 27 septembre 2024 à Swatch Champs-Élysées. Prix payé 130 €.
Je suis parti à Swatch Haussmann Galeries Lafayette pour réduire la taille de la montre je leur ai notifié aussi que la montre ne faisait que s'ouvrir.
Ils m'ont répondu qu'une fois la taille réduite ça ira.
Sauf que pas du tout la montre ne faisait que s'ouvrir systématiquement donc je ne la mettais pas à mon poignet. Elle était posée sur ma commode.
Et du coup le 15 novembre date à laquelle je voulais en profiter un peu et la mettre à mon poignet je l'ai perdu, car l'attache ne tenait pas.
Je trouve hallucinant d'acheter une montre à ce prix là avec un aussi gros défaut.
Je me demande même si on ne m'a pas vendu la montre d'exposition que tout le monde essaye.
J'ai l'impression d'avoir jeté 130 € par les fenêtres.
Et je suis d'autant plus écœurée car je suis maman solo avec deux enfants et que j'avais économisé pour cette montre.
J'ai acheté des montres beaucoup beaucoup moins chères et de meilleure qualité.
