I had an issue with the buckle on a swatch I had received as a gift. emailed customer srvice on a Sunday, got a response within the hour, sent a replacement part without any fuss or quibbling the next day. obviously not ideal that the part broke but thought the response was excellent

I went to the Covent Garden store on 22/11/24 at about 3.45 pm. My mother, who uses a wheelchair was with me and the shop has a step. The security guard looked up from his phone and didn't offer to help us in.

The two staff at the counter were watching things on their phones and gossipping and did not acknowledge us. It was clear we were talking about buying a Moonswatch, but they weren't interested in providing good customer service. They were rude to another potential customer looking at the Mission to Earthphase watch in the window, just saying to him 'It's released tomorrow, you'll have to come back then'. Hopefully he didn't

We decided to leave and again the security guard did not offer to help me with my mother's wheelchair.

Black Friday is coming up, I'll buy a different watch from a different company

Seit den 80er-Jahren bin ich leidenschaftlicher Sammler und der Marke stets treu geblieben. Auch den Hype um die Moonswatch-Uhren habe ich gerne mitgemacht. Leider musste ich nun feststellen, dass bei zwei wertvollen Vintage-Grand-Prix-Uhren während eines Service in der Filiale – einmal beim Bandwechsel, einmal beim Batterietausch – erhebliche Schäden entstanden sind, die den Wert der Uhren deutlich mindern. Vor Ort wurde die Situation lediglich mit einem Achselzucken abgetan, und meine E-Mail an den Kundenservice mit der Bitte um eine Wiedergutmachung, beispielsweise in Form eines Gutscheins, blieb unbeantwortet.

Ehrlichkeit am Kunden wäre zu Wünschen.

Ciao a tutti ho comprato uno Swatch mission on earth polar lights pagato ben 275€ per fare un regalo il 12 ottobre. Purtroppo il cinturino era piccolo ,per cambiarlo con un cinturino più grande devi spendere altri 30€, in negozio non era disponibile e bisognava ordinarlo ma i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati lunghi , tanto è vero che alla fine del mese di ottobre il festeggiato ancora nn poteva indossare l’orologio .Mi rivolgo al servizio clienti lamentandomi di tutto ciò e della figuraccia con il festeggiato perché a quasi un mese dalla consegna del regalo ancora non poteva indossarlo per la mancanza del cinturino più grande , loro si scusano e per accelerare i tempi mi dicono di spedirlo nei loro laboratori di Milano perché avevano il cinturino disponibile ,bhe vi posso dire che il 13 novembre è stato spedito a loro (un mese dopo l’acquisto e inutilizzato )e ad oggi 21 novembre non ho notizie dell’orologio .
Inaffidabili una delusione completa e mi meraviglio di come Omega abbia deciso di collaborare con loro sapendo che nn ci stanno facendo bella figura ,non me l’aspettavo e se dovete fare regali o farvi un regalo evitate la Swatch che è meglio .

Se cercate incompetenza e mancanza di voglia di lavorare recatevi qui! Mi sono recata qui per ricevere assistenza per un orologio in garanzia! L’assistenza mi è stata negata! Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale mi ha dato ragione! Purtroppo però devo recarmi io adesso nuovamente al centro per riportare l’orologio! Due viaggi quando avrei potuto farne soltanto uno e avrei già iniziato il processo di assistenza!

got the swatchxomega misson to moon watch. easily gets scratched. didn't expect this. I don't mean it shouldn't get scratched but within 4 -5 days of light use with extra care

Wat een fantastische ervaring met Swatch! Voor mijn Moonswatch ging ik deze keer speciaal naar de winkel, en ondanks dat ik normaal online bestel, was dit bezoek het meer dan waard. De sfeer, het verhaal rondom het horloge en het persoonlijke contact met het personeel maakten het helemaal af.

Swatch, chapeau voor jullie aanpak en service - super blij met mijn aankoop!

Later online contact gehad over de krassen op mijn Moonswatch - Mission to the Moon die na enige tijd onstonden en die zijn netjes weggepoetst na advies van klantenservice. Klasse 💪

My first swatch clock is a bit of a disappointment, I am wearing it now for 5 weeks and it looks like its 6 years old. So damaged. Even though I don't do any hand labour or anything that could damage it. Would not recommend buying it.

I bought a Swatch Watch from East Midlands Airport on the way to Spain on the 8th November 24 When I opened it, it didn’t work. I couldn’t do anything about it as I had already boarded the plane when I found out. I took the watch to Swatch at Meadowhall on Tuesday the 12, not really expecting them to be able to help. The 2 girls were amazing & without question replaced it. We will definitely be back!! I love their quirky designs & I have 4 up to now. I also found out Swatch stood for 2nd Watch. I love my trivia.

Ho acquistato un orologio con funzione PAY!.
Nella verina dove erano esposti non si menzionava nessuna limitazione nell'utilizzo solo con alcune banche e la commessa non mi ha detto nulla all'atto di acquisto.
Arrivo a casa, cerco di metterlo in funzione e scopro che nessuna delle mie tre banche (compresa UNICREDIT) metteva a dispozione questo servizio.
Sono tornato in negozio convinto di ricevere il rimborso visto il blasone della casa.
Scopro con stupore che non solo non rimborsano ma addirittura non rilasciano neppure un buono per un acquisto futuro.
Un comportamento scorretto perché doveva essere chiaramente scritto che il servizio di pagamento elettronico era funzionante solo con alcune banche invitando a verificare preventivamente.
Invece nulla; orologio inutile, non rimborsabile e nemmeno la possibilita' di averere un buono.
Francamente da una azienda come la SWATCH non mi sarei aspettato una politica commerciale di questo tipo.
Sono convinto che se li portassi dal Giudice di Pace vincerei a mani basse ma per 100 euro non ho voglia e tempo.
L'unica certezza e che non comprerò più nulla da loro.
Vergognatevi, dimostrate di essere dei pezzenti.

Assolutamente sconsigliato per regali. Nonostante dicano che gli orologi si possono cambiare senza problemi non è così. Il cambio deve essere fatto con un orologio dello stesso prezzo o maggiore. Non fanno buoni e non accettano neppure di fare un cambio con un orologio che costa meno rinunciando alla differenza. Avendo acquistato un orologio tra quelli più cari non mi è quindi stato possibile fare un cambio ed ho dovuto tenere un regalo che non andava bene.

J'ai récemment acheté une montre à répétition de rinçage chez Swatch en pensant que ce serait un article de bonne qualité qui serait une solution pour une montre de tous les jours décontractée pendant quelques années. Nous avons reçu la montre et elle était comme prévu et ce que mon mari voulait, mais nous avons été déçus de voir le petit levier sur la boucle se casser quelques jours plus tard. J'ai contacté Swatch par e-mail car je n'ai trouvé aucune autre méthode sur le site et je n'ai rien entendu 2 semaines plus tard. Je partage cette expérience car je pense que d'autres acheteurs peuvent préférer un fournisseur de montres qui offre une meilleure qualité et la soutient avec un service après-vente approprié.

Heel tevreden over de dienst na verkoop!
Een horloge gekocht in Frankrijk die volgens de info van de verkoopster "zwembadproof" was, maar dat bleek niet zo na een eerste duik. Volgens een verkoper in België was het horloge enkel bestand tegen spatten, dus verkeerd advies van de Franse verkoopster. Ik stuurde de horloge via de post op naar Anderlecht. 1 week later werd een nieuw horloge opgestuurd. Vlotte service.

heute möchte ich meine persönlichen Erfahrungen mit Swatch mitteilen und ich fasse mich kurz.
Jedenfalls brauchte ich einen neuen Batteriedeckel für meine ältere Swatch (Irony) Uhr. Im Netz wurde ich dann bei einem Händler fündig, leider ist er dort nicht mehr lieferbar. Also wandte ich mich (14.10.24) direkt an Swatch und fragte nach diesem Deckel. Sofort am nächsten Tag bekam ich eine Antwort, mit der Bitte, Fotos von der Uhr zu senden. Das habe ich auch gemacht und bekam wieder eine schnelle Rückmeldung, dass man mir den Batteriedeckel kostenfrei zusenden würde. Schon heute (17.10.24) kam der Deckel inklusive einer neuen Batterie bei mir an. Jetzt läuft meine Uhr wieder wie am ersten Tag. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich in diesen schlimmen Zeiten 🙂‍↕️ und wo gibt es solch einen Service noch!? Jedenfalls freue ich mich wie ein Eichhörnchen 🐿️ und bin froh, dass meine Uhr wieder richtig tickt. Ich schreibe das, da meistens eher negative Bewertungen veröffentlicht werden und die guten auf der Strecke bleiben. Noch einmal vielen lieben Dank an das Swatch & Flik Flak Kundendienst-Team und für das Lesen 😊

Contact gezocht met swatch om schakels bij te bestellen voor mijn bandje. Het bandje was er niet meer, maar kosteloos 2 nieuwe bandjes opgestuurd gekregen! Wow!
