Vergognoso , ho acquistato regolarmente una express delivery per avere l'orologio in tempo per la cresima di mio nipote , ma anziche' arrivare in 1-3gg lavorativi , è arrivato in 7 gg lavorativi .
Quando mi sono fatto sentire per chiedere spiegazioni mi hanno detto che c'erano stati problemi alla dogana , ma se l'orologio risultava partito con DHL dalla Francia , essendo in zona schengen , c'e' la libera circolazione delle merci : Ma chi vogliono prendere in giro ?
Infatti ho telefonato alla DHL dove mi hanno confermato che l'orologio è partito 5 gg dopo il mio acquisto !!
Quindi per la cresima ho dovuto fare le mie scuse per colpa di questi incompetenti e bugiardi .
VERGOGNATEVI !!
Alla richiesta di uno sconto su un'ordine futuro mi hanno risposto in maniera molto poco cordiale .

Attention, si vous achetez une montre de cette marque aujourd'hui, fonctionne 30 mois pas plus, n'est pas réparable, ni par la marque elle même ́i par un horloger. Donc si vous avez les moyens d'y mettre 150 euros tous les 30 mois, pas de problème. Si comme moi c'est non, allez vers une autre marque.

Poco piu di un anno fa ho acquistato un orologio swatch.
Una grandissima delusione. Subito dopo pochi mesi, il cinturino ha cominciato a perdere lo strato superficiale sottile che lo ricopre.
Risultato: scolorito, brutto a vedersi; messo da parte.
Non l'ho restituito per non avere discussioni con il rivenditore.
Comunque non acquisterò piu questa marca di orologi, visto il pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

I was given a new Purple Joy watch as a gift. The item was ordered online and, when it arrived, the strap was far too large for my - normal sized! wrist and the watch therefore completely unwearable. I took it to a Swatch shop where a member of staff struggled to remove some links for me, but eventually managed. I left with the watch on my wrist but, by the time, I arrived home, the watch had gone. It was no longer big enough to slip over my hand, so either the clasp had given way or the links had fallen apart. Garbage. A complete waste of money. Disgusted with the quality now offered by Swatch.

J’ai acheté la version reine d’Angleterre, reçue avec le cadran rayé. Je la renvoie et on me dit qu’elle a été portée donc pas d’échange. Bravo SWATCH 🤬
Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais fait. Aucune possibilité lors du renvoi d’expliquer la raison et lors de l’e-mail reçu pas eu de réponse suite à ma réclamation

Returned two watches over £400 with their tracking label and four months on they still haven’t found the return. No money refunded.

I received an e-mail with advertisement of their new product and an invitation to try it out online. I signed up for an account on their website only to be presented with a rejection: said product was still being "rolled out" and was not available to me.

This could have been a mistake, or it was a deliberate move to harvest new account signups. And there's no option to change the e-mail address, unsubscribe from their spam, or delete the account entirely.

This is disappointing. I don't think I'll ever buy a Swatch because of these shady practices.

Myself and my Mum visited the Swatch shop in the Bullring Birmingham yesterday. I had 3 watches that needed new batteries. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They changed the batteries whilst I waited and also fixed a strap, and polished the faces on the watches. Absolutely Amazing Customer Service. Such a lovely bunch of people - I left with a huge smile on my face.

I recently took a few of my swatch watches to the Paramus Nj store for battery replacement.
Gabbie and Amy were so helpful , changed batteries and even fixed the back on one that I had taped on. They were so welcoming and made my visit a pleasure. What a great service Swatch offers , lifetime battery replacement. A great watch and great customer service.

Je viens d’acheter ma deuxième montre à l’aéroport CDG 2TF, j’étais épatée par le service! J’étais super pressée, ils m’ont promis que je l’aurais sur ma main en 1 mn chrono !
… ils se sont mis à 3 pour que le paiement, la garantie, et la montre sur mon poignet avec l’heure exacte - le tout soit fait en 60 secondes 😅
… réellement !

Ma fille a acheté une montre qui s'est arrêtée après 18 mois.
Pensant que c'est la pile qui ne fonctionnait plus, elle a tardé pour la remplacer.
Lorsqu'elle a été la porter pour le remplacement de la pile, la date des douze mois de garantie était légèrement dépassée.
On lui a signalé à ce moment-là que sa montre était défectueuse.
Elle a signalé celà chez swatch qui déclare que la montre n'est pas réparable et qu'elle est hors garantie de quelques mois.
Pas de geste commercial, rien du tout .
Quelle déception !

Swatch fan here but I got to say, the website is just bad! I have had two experiences with them and both weren’t great. The first time I asked a question about the stock of one of their destination watches. They responded in about 48 hours with a generic response. I asked them a follow up question and got the same response. Asked one more follow up question and got the same response. The second time I used their website was to get support for a swatch I bought in store. I was left with no response for about a week. When I got a response it was the most AI help page looking response I have ever seen. They also made me pay for shipping to get support on a watch I just bought because of a mechanical problem that was their fault. Not great. Only reason I am giving it three stars is because the watches themselves (besides the broken one I got) are really high quality and super fun and stylish!

OMG, the thing I never ever had/have problems with when ordering any OTHER watch. Band size, watch size. Swatch has these very small, short banded watches which are easy to order when you want an adult watch. Swarch does not mark these small wartches in any way you can know this!!!

WHAT is wrong with this stupid company? You can easily order a child's watch when you want to order an ADULT size watch. I still don't know how to avoid this and, frankly, done with Swatch. They are just plain awful.

Stupid watches! You pay a fortune for the dumb things and then when you go to replace the batteries, they don’t work anymore so you might as well just throw them away and buy new ones but oh by the way, don’t buy another swatch watch!!!!!! Thanks for nothing! Oh, and another thing, there’s no information whatsoever on their website on how to change the battery. There’s something called Dr. Swatch and when you go to call that phone number it’s disconnected.

Ho già comprato diversi orologi Swatch a Torino in via Roma sono belli ma è impossibile collegarli alle carte di credito hanno provato diverse volte dove li ho comprati ma niente da fare POSSIBILE!!!!! Incomincio a pensare che non mi hanno detto la verità collegarli alle carte di credito è impossibile

I am a loyal Swatch user since I got my first Swatch watch when I started working in the Philippines. I remember it was the Classic Black & White Swatch cheapest model. When I worked in UAE, I have availed the Mystery Watch several times and the Swap old Swatch with new Swatch but I learned that the offer is no more available. I just bought a new Chrono Swatch today in Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi. Shout out to Miss Jovie Brillo and Miss Xenia for their professional and exemplary customer service. I thank them for their sincerity & utmost importance and attention to their customers like me!

Never write reviews but making exception for swatch/Omega.
It’s a very wasteful product especially when you get told “watch is 3 years old so out of warranty, therefore throw into landfill and purchase new”.
That is the message I got from Swatch Perth. “Entry level watch” so got offered another at half price. No thanks!
Nice simple watch but unrepairable is unacceptable, therefore waste of money.
A shame, as one of largest watch brands.
Will avoid in future.

Ich wollte ein Armband für die flikflak Uhr meiner Tochter kaufen und habe nirgends eins gefunden. Dann habe ich dem Kundenservice von Swatch geschrieben und nach einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Austausch habe ich mir eine Uhr im Onlineshop ausgesucht, deren Armband ich haben wollte, habe die alte Uhr meiner Tochter hingeschickt, habe per Mail eine Rechnung von 10€ erhalten und mir wurde die Uhr mit montiertem neuen Armband inkl. dem alten abmontierten Armband zurückgeschickt. Ich war begeistert von diesem Service!

Customer service and delivery time is ridiculous! Who's managing this brand? We're waiting for 10 days now and the order hasn't been delivered yet.
