Absolutely love my Swatch watch. But the straps always seem to break.

Customer service is terrible. They took my order and my money, charged me for overnight service and a week later there is no watch and no explanation. I wrote them twice and no response. they sent me conflicting information about the item being shipped and being back ordered. Both statements made after they tool my money for overnight delivery

Ho chiamato più volte il numero di telefono del negozio della Swatch del centro di Arese perché volevo acquistare un Maxi Swatch da parete.

Visited Swatch, Eldon Square, Newcastle upon Tyne on 2 occasions more recently today 29/3/25. Purchased a watch and have to say on both visits the level of service exceeded expectations. So often these days service falls far short. Both Joseph and Hailey were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to shop there again and highly recommend this store.

Ik ben zojuist de trotse bezitter van een prachtige mission on earth lava horloge geworden. Ik had gelezen dat je maar moeilijk aan deze omega swatch horloges kon komen maar waar ik achter kwam toen ik de swatch-store pc hooftstraat binnen liep dat er voldoende verschillende exemplaren te koop waren en ik een mooi horloge kon uitzoeken onder het genot van een lekker kopje koffie en mooie verhalen hoorde van de vriendelijke verkoper over de diverse modellen. Keurig geholpen dus ik ben uiterst tevreden over de swatch-store en het vriendelijke personeel.
Dus gewoon naar de winkel gaan en je laten informeren over de verschillende modellen waar je twee jaar garantie op krijgt en je altijd je batterij gratis mag laten vervangen. 👍👍👍

J'ai fait appel au sav Swatch pour un problème très spécial et j'ai bénéficié d'un service 5 étoiles ! Un tout grand merci à l'équipe Swatch Belgique et à monsieur Sébastien Moureau en particulier.

Buying a Swatch is like buying a Printer - Great price but straps need to be replaced annually as clasp (plastic) keeps on breaking. Love the watch hate the cost of replacing the band.

Just ordered FlikFlak magical for child birthday. I submitted order and I needed to make an amendment to the child's name. I immediately contacted their customer service by email, got Standard reply saying will be in touch . Left it until next morning and rang them to be told too late. Apparently once you press order that's it. I wanted to remove surname only. Be aware that there is no 14 day return on these products. I certainly will not use them again. Most unhelpful service.

Een half jaar geleden op Schiphol een horloge gekocht, helaas ging het bandje snel stuk. Contact gehad met Ani van de SwatchStore Kalverstraat Amsterdam. Eigenlijk kost een nieuw bandje 30 euro en valt niet onder de garantie. Gelukkig werd er met mij meegedacht en kon ik het gratis ophalen. Ik woon niet in Amsterdam en zou dus veel reiskosten moeten maken. Ook daarin dacht Ani met mij mee, het bandje is nu kosteloos naar mij verzonden.
Een prima service dus, ERG TEVREDEN!

Be warned. Swatch is a company which sells a product which they have deliberately manufactured so as not to be serviceable or repairable, and then they do not advise their customers of the fact. All Swatch watches are sealed at manufacturing stage to prevent any repairers. Once Swatch have your money they do not want to help in any way. A disgraceful company.

Ik kwam met twee oudere horloges. Van de ene was de batterij op en van de andere bijna (denk ik, want tegelijkertijd gekocht).
De batterijen werden vervangen, het glas gepolijst …..
Toen ik wilde betalen, was het GRATIS. Wat een service, hulde!

Na een moeizaame start om contact te krijgen via mail of telefoon lukte dit uiteindelijk via mail. Vervolgens is het contact prima gebleven. Er was een drukknopje van mijn moonswatch verdwenen. Horloge is ongeruild voor een nieuwe ondanks verlopen garantie met paar maanden.

Poor quality. I paid 75€ for a watch that broke after 6 months

Van de week MoonSwatch gekocht in PC Hooftstraat, bandje zat best strak. Vanmiddag terug geweest, of ze groter bandje hadden, ja. Mooi, bandje omgewisseld, 30,00 euro, huh ?? Ja, want bandje was al gedragen. Hadden meteen dat langere bandje erom moeten doen, zat in winkel al strak. Note: geen enkele verkoper die Nederlands sprak, vrij irritant klacht uitleggen. Staan er in China in de Swatch winkels ook verkopers die alleen Nederlands spreken ??

On m’a offert une montre Magritte pour mon anniversaire en octobre 2024, et je suis extrêmement déçu. Après seulement quelques jours d’utilisation, 3 pour être exact, des signes d’usure sont déjà apparus sur le bracelet . La qualité est clairement médiocre, ce qui est inacceptable pour une montre à ce prix.

J’ai donc acheté un nouveau bracelet, et le même problème d’usure est réapparu en très peu de temps. Après contact avec le service client, ils m’envoient un nouveau bracelet, qui présente exactement les mêmes défauts. Je les contacte de nouveau et leur réponse est sidérante :

"Le modèle Magritte, en raison de son motif imprimé, peut présenter une légère usure au fil du temps."

Leur seule solution, me conseiller d’acheter un bracelet noir. Autrement dit, plutôt que d’assumer un problème évident de qualité, ils me suggèrent simplement de choisir un autre modèle !

Si vous cherchez une montre durable et de qualité, passez votre chemin. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque.

I bought 2 watches for my husband for Christmas because I didn’t know which one he wanted and sent them back right after he opened them to return so that he could get a different swatch. They returned one but said the other one was used and sent pictures of the watch face being completely scratched all over and the band showing wear. I told them there was no way as he had just opened it and I immediately sent it back. They basically told me I was lying and that their quality control doesn’t make mistakes. The WORST customer service and we are out $100. NEVER order a watch from them. Crooks!!!

Worst service! After telling my wife about Swatch for a long time, she surprised me with 2 Swatch watches for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately, the model I wanted one of the watches so we returned them and requested a refund for one and replace of the other to the style I wanted.
Swatch denied our return. They sent pictures of a watch that looked like it had been run over by a car. It WAS NOT the watch we sent back. They would not listen or help. The head of customer service in the USA was awful, rude and accused of lying.
NEVER buy Swatch!!
