Comprato mission to the Moon omega, portato veramente poco,
Mai caduto e sempre usato con cautela. Tastino crono rotto, lamento un difetto o comunque scarsa qualità materiali. Mandato in garanzia più di due mesi fa. Solo dopo mie tante chiamate, mi viene detto che non passa in garanzia,
Mi dicono di un preventivo da 100 euro (per un tastino) quindi solo quello costa più di un terzo dell'orologio, che neanche nello Speed master vero costerebbe così.
Ovviamente non accetto un simile furto, richiedo gentilmente perlomeno di riavere quel pessimo orologio che purtroppo ho comprato.
Risultato.. sono tuttora in attesa di riaverlo e non so nemmeno dove sia.
Direi che la proverbiale precisione svizzera è solo un lontano ricordo.
Pessimi a tutti i livelli.
Sto valutando una azione legale.
Peccato per un glorioso marchio come omega aver accostato il suo nome a un giocattolino per bambini che non vale nemmeno un decimo di quello che si fa pagare. La classica differenza tra la cioccolata e ..........

25 Uhren für die Tonne. - ich habe 25 Swatch-Uhren, die ich 1/2 bis 1 Jahr nicht mehr getragen hatte und alle Batterien waren leer. Ich bin damit zum Uhrmacher und mußte erfahren, daß ALLE Uhren nicht mehr funktionieren. Man hat zwar sehr zügig zurück geschrieben aber mit dem Fazit, daß das mein Problem wäre und man nichts machen könne. Es wäre wie bei einem Auto, daß ich "jahrelang" nicht gefahren hätte - nur muß ich ein Auto dann nicht gleich verschrotten lassen. Ich hätte mehr erwartet.

Je croyais que c'était de la qualité au vu du prix... J'ai acheté une flik flaket un an après, la minute n'est plus calée avec l'heure, le bracelet est détruit, les peintures ont disparus... Mieux vaut acheter 5 montres à 10€ qu'une épave de swatch à 50€, ça durera plus longtemps. Honte à vous.

Dire - the Dublin store we bought my husband's watch from was manned by an assistant more interested in discussing her holiday plans with a colleague, than serving us. The watch was faulty, & it has taken more than 6 weeks to get an incomplete refund - not the euro400 we paid, but just 360! And they blame our bank, who confirm they did not make this deduction. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. We are now out of pocket by this mysteriously disappearing 40, the charge made by our credit card company for late payment due to the delay, & the cost of taxi to & from this difficult to get to shop. My disabled husband is so angry, & stressed as a recult. I would NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

Ich habe eine Uhr der dey Typs "NEON JELLY". Die Stundenzeiger des Chronometers war zeigte auf 59 und nicht 60. Ich habe insgesat 15 Uhren probiert in Bern und Zürich, damit ich eine halbsweg eine Ausführung fand, die keine sogenannte Kalibrierungsfehler hatte. Einzig positive war, das auf meine Email beantwortet wurde. Was soll das? Eine schweizer Uhr mit Fehler...

Je me suis présenter aujourdhui pour changer la pile de ma montre et la vendeuse m’a dit qu’elle était en rupture de stock pour les piles sans me dire quand elle va en recevoir.
C’est inadmissible alors que l’on a acheté la montre chez elle à Deauville il y a moins d’un an.

But over the past years I’ve discovered the watches seem to keep seizing up & replacing batteries doesn’t make any difference. I currently have 7 watches and 4 have stopped functioning for no reason at all. The last watch was £185.00 & the Swatch watch Shop has just told me it’s no longer any good. This was the final straw with this Brand of watch. I will never purchase a Swatch Watch Again.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience shopping on the Swatch online store. I purchased a watch, took it out of the box, looked at it, didn’t like it, and immediately put it back – unworn, untouched beyond that – and returned it in its original packaging, exactly as received.

To my shock, Swatch refused my return, claiming the watch had been “worn” and was “damaged,” and that it was not sent back in its original packaging. They even sent me photos of a completely different watch with visible scratches – absolutely not the one I returned. Their response is not only incorrect, it’s outrageous. I never wore the watch for even a second.

The worst part? When I contacted customer service, the supervisor I dealt with was dismissive and rude. Instead of investigating the mistake, he stood by the false claim, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy in the photos, and simply stated the “case is closed.” No accountability. No effort to resolve. Just a flat-out denial and a returned watch I no longer want.

At this point, I genuinely question whether this is just incompetence or intentional bad-faith behavior to avoid accepting legitimate returns.

I will never purchase from Swatch again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their online store. If something goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, understanding, or basic customer service.

I visited the Swatch store in Birmingham and the customer service provided by Zoe was simply exemplary. Three batteries replaced free of charge, guidance on how to use Google to identify the models and potential resale prices and an overall positive customer experience. Zoe is a credit to the company and the Birmingham store.

Ville returnere ur købt mindre end 24 timer tidligere. Uret havde ikke engang været ude af kassen endnu. Men forretningen var ikke villig til at give pengene tilbage. Jeg kunne bytte det timer andet ur, som ikke måtte være mere end 200 kr billigere, hvis jeg ville have penge tilbage.
Jeg kunne ikke få et tilgodebevis på differencen. Havde jeg købt uret online, havde jeg 14 dages returret. Undrer mig at forretningen ikke vil yde samme service. Hvis Swatch vil have kunder til deres fysiske butik på Strøget i København, bør de efter min mening give samme service som på nettet. Dårlig oplevelse.

If you want to buy a watch for $100+ and throw it away in a year then by all means buy a Swatch. If there is an organization for all watch makers in Switzerland, they should ban Swatch from putting the Swiss Made label on their garbage. What a disgrace.

I had damaged my precious Swatch watch and had considered purchasing one from a website in the USA at some expense. Then it occurred to me that I should contact the Swatch watch shop on Oxford Street, London. I spoke to a member of staff called Valter who suggested that I post the watch in and that they would repair it. On the strength of his excellent customer service, I decided to travel into London where he repaired my watch free of charge! The service I received was beyond excellent. I would recommend this retailer (and member of staff) to anyone!

J'ai une montre MIDO de 1973 que j'ai envoyé en réparation en Octobre 2023
Première réparation ( 791 € quand même ! ) défectueuse en Mars 2024. Réclamation et deuxième réparation (sous garantie) en Octobre 2024 avec le même résultat ...
Nouvelle réclamation et je reçois une réponse pour une montre ... TISSOT ! avec tarifs de réparation.
Tout ça est fait par un automate qui ne prend bien sur pas en compte les commentaires que l'on peut faire ...
Donc j'abandonne: j'ai perdu 791€ et j'ai gagné la conviction qu'il ne faut pas acheter de produits du groupe SWATCH qui ne présente aucun service après-vente digne de ce nom.

I had a problem with my son’s omega swatch watch that he got for his 18th birthday last week and the customer care that i received today was overwhelming. I have never received better customer service than what we received today and I would love for her to get some recognition. Thankyou again. ⭐️

Swatch Rotterdam, top service! Staan echt voor je klaar. Ik ging voor een nieuwe batterij maar mijn horlogewijzer bleek eraf te liggen. Ze bieden meteen een nieuwe aan, terwijl ik nog aan het verwerken was dat mijn horloge stuk was. Echt geweldig!
