They don't care about their customers
Purchased a strap for the moonswatch online. I returned it for an exchange in size, but they denied my exchange because I forgot to to include a small tool in the package that came with it. Now the time frame has passed, and they will not honor an exchange because of their stringent policy. The customer service doesn't care about their customers. They lost a loyal swatch customer and I highly discourage any of their online offerings.

A Milano ho scoperto un sevizio TOP! Nemmeno Rolex mi aveva dato tanto; Ed il tutto nel mese di Agosto! Davvero bravi! Soddisfatissimo!

Die Mitarbeiterin eines Shops auf der Mariahilferstrasse, Wien, hätte eigentlich nur einen Batteriewechsel vornehmen sollen...beim aufziehen der Uhr hat es geknackst und sie hat "Ups" gesagt....auf mehrere Anfragen und Telefonate würde mir 30% Erlass auf den nächsten Kauf gegeben...Sie denken doch nicht ernsthaft, daß ich nach solchen Vorfällen....war nicht der erste...jemals noch bei Euch einkaufe!!!...Schade...da ich ein jahrelanger, treuer Kunde war...seit den 90gern....aber das war und ist eine absolute Frechheit!!!!

Une escroquerie à 250 € !!! la swatch omega est une escroquerie. Tellement plastique qu'on en perd la moindre pièce en un rien de temps. J'ai perdu un capuchon d'un bouton pressoir. Réponse de Swatch: faire un devis de réparation à 160 €. On parle bien d'un petit capuchon en plastique. Laisser tomber la moindre initiative d'achat de cette m... uniquement tape à l'oeil !
Dégradation de ma montre par un vendeur Swatch
Je me suis rendu le mercredi 13 août 2025 au Swatch Store rue des Francs Bourgeois à Paris pour remplacer le bracelet de ma montre.
Une fois rentré à mon domicile je constate que ma montre s’est arrêtée à l’heure exacte où le vendeur est intervenu sur ma montre.
De retour au magasin le lendemain le responsable invoque une « coïncidence « entre l’arrêt de ma montre et l’opération réalisée par le vendeur sur celle-ci. Donc pas de réparation possible et pas de remboursement le délai de garantie étant dépassé de plusieurs mois.
Bilan, je rentre dans un magasin Swatch avec une montre de 3 ans en parfait état de fonctionnement et je ressors avec une montre en panne, non réparable et non remboursée !!!
Polvere sotto il vetro
Ho ordinato un "Cooper" (orologio automatico da più di mille euro) per una ricorrenza: è arrivato con due granelli di polvere sotto il vetro. Sono rientrato apposta dalle ferie per rispedirlo indietro affinchè il nuovo esemplare arrivasse in tempo ma anche quest’ultimo è arrivato con un granello di polvere sotto il vetro.
Vi sembra accettabile che un brand Swiss Made commetta questi errori di controllo qualità? Ridicolo inoltre che in occasione del secondo invio a fronte di un evento a detta dell’azienda eccezionale (“non ci era mai capitato”) non venga nemmeno controllato il secondo esemplare prima di spedirlo. Semplicemente ridicolo.
Di un codice sconto a fronte degli evidenti disagi subiti non se ne parla nemmeno. Alla mia ulteriore richiesta di ricevere quantomeno un’estensione di garanzia l’azienda è sparita.
Mai vista una gestione così amatoriale di una problematica su un e-commerce. Siete Hamilton o l’orologiaio di paese?

Class action against Swatch asap
It is obvious that this company cannot now compete with smart watch sales. They are multifunctional, simple in design and each day being improved and priced $20 at Amazon, lower at Chinese discounts. Instead of slashing prices by 50-75%, Swatch is using the following:
a) their watches are preprogrammed to work only a few months, so a 2 year warranty does not exist at all for any practical reasons;
b) stores are now placing free new type batteries (3 screw holes instead of one stripe) that are incompatible with the early purchased watches or using already expired batteries, in both cases to say that the watch is not working, with the objective to push a customer, preferably in the store to buy a new lemon plastics;
c) even if you present the warranty and purchase confirmation, they ask for paper box too, as I did, you are requested to send a defective watch to some murky unlicensed places for more than 4 weeks "evaluation", at your cost (postage and insurance) with the only result to expect, if at all...it is your fault that the plastics stopped working after a few months!
d) the watch head is attached to its stripes from both sides by two tiny screws that pop up and you will lose the plastics not knowing when and where, so like loosing cash of $70 and up!
d) Swatch customer service is paid only for one thing, to reject all claims in advance for defective and non repairable watches, they are in one piece glued plastics and you should know this before you purchase the plastics.
I tried to resolve the 6 month non-working watch problem in two NY Swatch stores operating in the NY Manhattan prime areas (Grand Central and E57 5th ave), in vain, sorry for the store staff, they are instructed to lie, US citizens.
Again, be aware that Swatch deliberately manufactures the watches that are not serviceable or repairable, there is no real two year warranty and as per above the company is using all intelligence insult tactics to keep its business going.
Having my recent experience with Swatch I lost all my trust with "Swiss made", rightly this company was hit by US 50% tariff and even better when it will be forced to offer millions to all scammed customers in a class action for its highly unethical practices.

Meine Swatch Uhr hat nach 2 1/2 Jahren aufgehört zu schlagen, obwohl ich 4 Swatchuhren habe und ich sie demzufolge nur ca. jeden 4. Tag getragen habe. Als ich mich im Laden an der Weggisgasse nach Kulanz erkundigt habe, hat die Ladenchefin mich forsch und ziemlich arrogant über die 2-Jahregarantie aufgeklärt. Werde in Zukunft die Marke Swatch bestimmt nie wieder kaufen.
Long Wait Times for nothing
waited 2.5 hours for a watch they only had 60 of and they never came out and to tell us they were going to sell out. Went from excitement to having to wait well over 90 minutes for them to sell like 30 watchs just for them to say they are sold out. They lost a potential customer.
Terrible experience
I had the exact same experience as another customer. My 9 yo daughter ordered a watch using her own money. When it came, it was not the color as shown online and it was too big for her wrist. It was pain to return- couldn’t return in a Swatch store (only exchanges) so we paid $15 to ship it back. After almost month, and several phone calls and emails to customer service, someone FINALLY got back to us. And like the other customer, they denied the return and said the watch was worn and scratched. My daughter tried the watch on, and we immediately put it back in the red box it came it. I do not trust this company and will never buy from them again.

Visited the newly opened SWATCH store in Cardiff. Good selection of watches and nice staff. Rhi was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. Store is situated in St. David’s shopping centre.

J ai acheté y a 3 ans 2 montres swatch saturne et mars et hier je me suis rendu à la boutique swatch de Toulouse rue de la pomme pour changer les piles accueil très agréables de Félix et Gabin Bonne nouvelle les piles étaient gratuites ! Très a lécoute du client et finalement j ai acheté la montre swatch Venus

Buonasera mi chiamo Alessandro Charrier e nei primi giorni di maggio 2025 mi sono recato nel vostro punto vendita di via Roma a Torino per chiedere la sostituzione del cinturino di uno Swatch Omega Moon . Non avendolo in negozio ho lasciato i dati ad una commessa che avrebbe dovuto avvertirmi quando il cinturino sarebbe stato disponibile. Ad oggi 30 luglio non avendo ricevuto nessuna chiamata mi son recato di persona nel punto vendita trovandolo chiuso per rinnovo locali. Ora tralasciamo che facevo parte degli Swatch Collector avendo acquistato circa 400 pezzi, ma che nessuno si sia preso la briga di telefonare almeno per cortesia lo trovo poco professionale.

Acquisto il MOONSWATCH da regalare appena uscito…bello regalo piaciuto io molto contenta anche per come mi avevano accolta nello store di via Roma a Torino . Se non che il mio cucciolo di barboncino ha mangiato il cinturino … quindi mi reco nuovamente nello Store dove mi chiedono i dati per poter chiamare appena arriva il cinturino . Passano 3 mesi mi reco nuovamente nello store dove mi rimbalzano .. quindi decido di scrivere direttamente all assistenza , come per magia dopo 2 settimane arriva il cinturino .. questo non gratuitamente cosciente del danno che ha fatto il mio cane. Quindi a parer mio ancora peggio . A distanza di mesi aime’ distrattamente l’orologio e’ ricaduto nelle zampe del mio cane. Non potete credere a distanza di 2 mesi riscrivo mail e mi rispondono che al più presto mi faranno sapere , non contenta perché non mi piace essere presa in giro.. passo dallo store di via Roma Torino ed ecco la sorpresa …CHIUSO PER RESTAURO LOCALI FINO A SETTEMBRE!!!!!
