Swatch’s after-sales service in Saudi Arabia only covers battery, strap, and polishing—no repairs or full maintenance available. Disappointed that there’s no proper support or alternatives for loyal customers. Swatch should expand its service options in big market like KSA!!!.

Verre "biosourcé", qui est surtout un plastique très fragile et qui se raye par simple fortement avec les manches des vêtements.
Très forte dévalorisation de la montre, qui ne devait être accessible que dans certaines boutiques. (600 km aller retour pour moi pour aller la chercher), jusqu'à juin 2025 ou Swatch a décidé de vendre les modèles neuf sur sa boutique en ligne.
Dernières Swatch ou Omega pour moi en tout cas.

We had a small issue with my wife's beloved Swatch.
We had superb response and service from James at Nursling. I cannot thank him enough.

Just had to leave a review. This is the 3rd issue I've had with a Swatch watch in 2 years. Second time the strap has broken. Surely one should expect a strap for a watch that is only used intermittently to last more than a year. DON'T buy !

I visited Birmingham Bull Ring store today to buy a replacement strap for my husband's IronyXLite watch. Lauryn the assistant was helpful and polite, but she had to sort through a few plastic boxes to find a strap to fit the watch. Eventually she found a suitable strap and fitted it to the watch. Good customer service.

Prettige winkel in de PC Hooftstraat in Amsterdam, tijdens het wachten op de reparatie van mijn horloge een kopje thee, erg vriendelijk personeel, goede vibe in de winkel.

Bonsoir j'ai été outré par l'accueil de la propriétaire de la boutique Swatch de Toulouse - Rue de la Pomme, aussi condescendante qu'acariâtre et atrabilaire (moi aussi je peux utiliser des mots savants). Manifestement un changement de bracelet n'est pas un achat suffisamment important (15 euros). Cette personne n'aurait pas du vendre sa poissonnerie du Marché Saint-Georges pour acheter cette boutique (je n'ai rien contre cette noble profession), elle n'est pas faite pour vendre des montres. Malgré la gentillesse de la vendeuse qu'il a fallu quand même solliciter pour qu'elle daigne s'adresser à moi, cette boutique est à fuir absolument ! J'adresse une copie de cet avis à Swatch France. Cordialement.

My wife and I were looked after by a sales associate called David. He was very helpful and assisted my wife in returning a watch that she had bought by mistake as she had the same one at home.
I got a watch myself and he was very patient in allowing me to look at and try on different designs and comparing them side by side.
Lots of different models to choose from and well laid out shop with helpful staff.

Jeg har købt et ur online, som jeg returnerede, da jeg ikke synes om det.
Selve bestillingen og leveringen gik upåklageligt.
Men returneringen har været en sløj og utryg oplevelse.
D. 12/9 indlevere jeg pakken med den vedlagte returlabel.
D. 17/9 kan jeg se at pakken er modtaget og jeg modtager “proof of delivery” fra DHL (dvs at der er skrevet under på modtagelse af pakken)
Jeg hører dog intet fra selve Swatch.
D. 22/9 skriver jeg en besked via kontaktformularen på hjemmesiden.
D. 23/9 skriver jeg via e-mail, der er anført på hjemmeside.
Jeg hører intet - det på trods, at der loves svar indenfor 1 arbejdsdag.
D. 26/9 om morgenen ringer jeg til kundeservice, og hun fortæller at jeg blot skal gensende min mail fra 23/9, og så vil de behandle den samme dag. Jeg hører intet.
Samme dag (d 26/9) får jeg svar tilbage på min henvendelse via hjemmesiden, hvor de skriver at de ikke kan finde min returpakke (ikke overraskende).

Jeg må sige, at ud af alle køb jeg har foretaget online, så er dette dog den mest utrygge og dårlige oplevelse jeg nogensinde har haft.

I skrivende stund afventer jeg stadig kundeservice.

Bought 2 watches from the Trafford Centre shop today . Was served by Chandon . He was extremely helpful and his customer service was faultless . Great experience .

J’ai enfin validé mon achat d’une montre Swatch en ligne aujourd’hui. Cela faisait un moment que j’hésitais, et grâce aux conseils d’Eddy à Orly 4 j’ai pu me décider.
Processus d’achat fluide, clair et rapide. Je reviendrai mettre à jour mon avis après réception et utilisation de la montre pour partager mon retour sur la qualité.

I recently visited the Swatch shop, in the Trafford Centre...for new batteries, for my Swatch s....Romola.. was excellent..he took time and lots of care..with my Swatch s..nothing was too much trouble...

Messed up my order, can only communicate via email which is so far about every 4 days between responses. You ring their customer phone number - press 3 - as instructed for customer service - and nothing happens. I waited 2 minutes and nothing happened. Tried it again to make sure I didn't do something wrong. But it does the same thing. Out of nowhere they sent UPS to my house without explanation. UPS showed up and said we're here to pick up a package. I said I didn't know what they're talking about. Emailed Swatch they eventually replied saying I should have expected this. There was no previous communication that I should have expected UPS to show up and request to take a package. They said a line in their email that said "...please also retain all packaging and materials from this shipment" I was supposed to infer from that that UPS would knock on my door. What an awful experience. **EDIT** Now almost at one month - still getting "we are investigating" - nonsense. They messed up my order, what is there to investigate? 5 weeks and counting.

I ordered watch from the Aqua range. The Blue Fire colour. Unfortunately the wife thought it was to bright so I returned it for a black one. Oh no you can't do that they have to refund you and then you have to buy another one. How ridiculous. I bought a G-Shock instead...Their loss..

I've not been a customer (and now never will be), but attended an interview for a sales position, and the way we were dealt with was laughable.

I was invited to an interview on the 18th of August. Arrived a few minutes early, and was told to sit and wait, before finally getting called into a small staff room about 10 minutes late - followed by a few other people.

Surprise! Turns out it was a group job interview. The manager opened the interview with "We don't like to tell you that it's a group interview because it puts people off, we just wanted to surprise you on the day." They clearly know it was a wrong move. Illegal? No. Immoral and annoying? Yes.

We were just asked to go around in a circle and talk about our experiences. There was 1 man there who was continuously asked follow up questions and had a good rapport from the start - myself and the other girl weren't asked as much and didn't get the chance to prove ourselves like we could have in a 1-on-1 setting.

We were told they'd like to get someone into the job ASAP, in around 2 weeks. I left it that amount of time before emailing to follow up - turns out the manager had decided to the annual leave and we couldn't find anything out until she was back.

It was only today (10/09/2025) that I got the news I was unsuccessful as I didn't have the right experience. Luckily, I've since interviewed for a company that respects my time and offered me the role the day after, but I do find it odd that I was too inexperienced, when the manager spent a lot of time going on about how experience can be taught, what they were looking at more than anything was enthusiasm.

Scummy company.

I purchased the Mission to Mercury (SO33A100). Only after the purchase did I learn that Swatch offers no cash refund, only a voucher. A voucher is not a solution for me, as I no longer wish to buy from Swatch after this experience. Lack of transparency and poor customer care – very disappointing.

leider muss ich einen Punkt vergeben, aber die Ausgabe der neuen Moonswatch war eine absolut unterirdische Aktions seitens Swatch. Dann bei Ladenöffnung um 10 Uhr auch noch zu behaupten, dass man nicht weiß, wieviel Uhren verfügbar sind, nur um die wartende Schlange noch um 11 Uhr ausgiebig filmen zu können, ist an Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten! Nie wieder Swatch!

Un montre payée 130 eur qui a la qualité d'un jouet pour enfant. Refus du retour. La montre a ete essayé, certes, mais pas portée durablement. J'aimais bien swatch, c fini. C devenu une arnaque.

I have been trying to get a new strap for my vintage swatch watch since November that is over 25 years old
Romolo and Chandon were very helpful and sourced a new green strap and cleaned the watch so it so it looks good as new.
They replaced batteries in my other watch and checked my new automatic swatch I recently purchased in Canada

I have more than 20 Swatch watches but recently I have found them to be less than reliable ( second hand fell off ). I was told - “we can’t fix it and it’s only guaranteed for 2 years “- tough luck . The quality is not as it was in the past .
Look around and see that Swatches have been replaced by Apple and Galaxy watches - they last longer than 2 years .
Quality and reliability were once a hallmark of this brand - no longer !
