ho comprato uno swatch in giappone, due anni fa. garanzia scaduta da pochi mesi. contattata l'azienda, mi dicono che non sono previste riparazioni per quel tipo. (sloane). e vabbè, mi rassegno e lo porto in gioielleria a prato, dicendo, mal che vada.... e lì la sorpresa: mi dicono" è il quarto che ci portano solo questa settimana, tutti con garanzia scaduta da chi un mese, chi da due."
mi sorge un dubbio: che sia voluta? possibile che un'azienda così pregiata si abbassi a questi livelli? 4 orologi stesso tipo tutti difettosi solo in una piccola città come prato, quanti ovunque? e pensare che non è il primo che compro, ma dopo questa esperienza, mai più. voglio sperare che sia una partita difettosa, ma l'azienda dovrebbe fare qualcosa. ho dato una stella, ma meriterebbe molto meno.

My husband bought me a swatch watch for my birthday a couple of years ago. Battery died and he said Swatch would replace for free. I didn't believe but he took to Oxford Street branch today. Not only did they replace battery but also cleaned up all the scratches etc that I had carelessly made. Service with a smile. Thank you Swatch

Horloge liep regelmatig achter. Contact opgenomen met Swatch Belgie. Ik moest het horloge opsturen. Na mijn vraag of ik hiervoor zelf moest betalen werd voor mij een afspraak met Microtransport gemaakt. Keurig opgehaald en binnen 10 dagen een nieuw horloge ontvangen. Goede service.

This is the absolute worst model for a company I have ever seen. Nearly FOUR MONTHS to repair a freaking bezel. I will never even consider using them again. They accept no responsibility for their actions. Their customer service is a joke. It was so bad I initially thought I was scammed. Do not trust them with your timepiece.

Gerne würde ich mir eine (oder mehrere) Moonswatches zulegen, wohne jedoch weit entfernt von den Swatch Stores, die sich ausschliesslich in Touristen- und Ballungszentren befinden. Damit ist man als potentieller Kunde stark benachteiligt. Bitte bieten Sie weitere Kaufmöglichkeiten an, damit jeder Kunde eine Uhr erstehen kann. Ich verstehe ja, dass Sie auch von dieser Einschränkung profitieren, aber es ist sehr ungerecht! Diese Nachricht wollte ich an Swatch übermitteln, wurde jedoch vom Captcha-System "als Bot indentifiziert" und ausgebremst!? Also nicht mal kontaktieren kann man diese Firma.

Terrible quality. Watch as returned as received and never worn. They rejected the return based on pictures of a different watch and didn't provide refund. NEVER BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK! TERRIBLE ASSISTANCE AND QUALITY. WASTE OF MONEY!

Achat d'une montre AM51 automatique .
Montre qui se veut écologique mais qui ne l'est pas vraiment. En effet si il y'a une petite rayure sur le cadran( et vu que c'est du plastique ça marque très facilement) il faut apparament changer toute la montre.
Mais cela n'est qu'un détail.
Après 1 ans et quelques semaines,la montre affiche un retard dans la rotation des aiguilles ce qui fait que a la fin de la journée la montre est en retard d'environ 5 a 10 minutes.
Contact du service client qui me dit que vue que la montre a plus d'un an,ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je m'agace en leur disant que pour une marque comme eux c'était inadmissible. Finalement on m'echange la montre et a peine 8 mois plus tard, même problème.
De plus,la montre est censée être autonome 90 heures sans mouvement mais après quelques mois, une journée sans la portée et il faut la réglée.
Bref très déçu par la marque

Many thanks to Nina and her team. I bought a Swatch watch 20 months ago. After several problems and new batteries, it wasn't working so I was told I could exchange it for a new one. I wanted the same blue one, although that model was no longer produced. Nina tracked one in another shop and got it sent to Oxford Street, where I picked it up yesterday.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told to collect my online order from their Swatch shop in Al Wahda Mall and given a time. When I arrived, the staff had no idea about my order or the watch I purchased. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially as it was an urgent gift. Very frustrating experience

My Husband purchased the swatch GE713 for me as an Easton wear holiday watch. What I thought I was getting was a pink/pale blue watch, with pale blue fading to white strap. What I got was a pure white watch and strap. If you look at the strap under a magnifying glass you can see the tiniest hint of pale blue but mostly white.
Now I wouldn’t mind but the stock swatch picture used to advertise this watch is a pink and blue face and a blue fading to white strap. This watch does not match the photo used in any way shape or form, but swatch say the face shows pink and blue through the glass in certain lights. But no mention of the strap.

I find this does go against the trade description act for a false representation of the product.

I then get told if you’re not happy then return it. So they get away with false advertising.

Cela fait quelques années que j achète des Swatch expérience récente avec 2 montres achetées l une en 2019 et l autre en 2023 pas possible de changer la montre plus de stock et surtout le bloc de.la montre ne peut être ouvert j ai l aiguille des secondes qui est parti...sur les 2 montres...
Et service client pas a la hauteur ni en boutique...très déçu j ai décidé de ne plus en acheter tant pis....

I understand that swatches are cheaper Swiss watches and that you get what you pay for but there is a limit. I spent 24 pounds (!) on a replacement strap for my Sistem 51 watch. It came with a plastic buckle! Not even the cheap strap you get with the watch originally (which started to smell horribly after only a month or so of daily wear) came with a plastic buckle. I am gobsmacked at the not-so-cheap price and the terrible quality. It's just shocking.

Ik heb een nieuw horloge onder garantie toegestuurd gekregen nadat ik mijn defecte horloge had opgestuurd naar Swatch België. Andere optie was het horloge naar Utrecht of Amsterdam te brengen maar dat was geen reële optie voor mij. Ik heb restitutie gevraagd van de door mij gemaakte verzendkosten maar Swatch wil daar ondanks wettelijke regelingen hieromtrent ( artikel 17.7 Bw) niet op ingaan en verwijst naar haar eigen garantievoorvoorwaarden(?). De wet gaat boven door het bedrijf opgestelde garantievoorwaarden. Achteraf was de reactie dat het horloge bij mij thuis opgehaald had kunnen worden met Microtransport; echter deze optie wordt nergens als mogelijkheid genoemd voordat ik het horloge verzonden heb. Kortom een negatieve ervaring met Swatch die mijn inziens retourbeleid voert dat niet conform de wetgeving is!!!! Ik ga nooit meer een produkt bij Swatch kopen

Very rude customer service, I bought a watch (£120) 3 years ago , it stopped working completely, no refund no repairs(I even offers them to pay for the repair )appealingly it happens and nothing they can do, as it has been more than 2 years ,
Any watch you buy from swatch might last not longer than 2 years , very poor quality. AVOID

Valter in the Oxford Street store was incredibly helpful when we visited on a hectic day in half term. Took time and care helping us choose a replacement strap for my daughter’s swatch. Nothing was too much trouble, looking in the stock room for more options and he even polished out the scratches on the watch face without us asking. Really great experience- thanks!

I bought a watch for my wife. Unfortunately the strap did detoriate quickly due to some fading print. Raised it in the shop at the airport where it was bought. He could not do anything with it. However contacting the service desk, they wanted me to send the watch for inspection. Eventually, my wife received a replacement in a different colour without the fading strap. Excellent service from the team.

Alles was schief gehen kann, nachdem meine Tochter vor 4 Jahren ihre erste Uhr erhalten hat reagierte sie allergisch auf das Uhrenband. Gerne wollten wir die Uhr tauschen oder das Uhrenband. Keine entgegenkommen nicht einmal auf die neue Uhr die ich dort gekauft habe für sie. Nach einem Batteriewechsel bei Swatch in Bern, läuft Wasser in die Uhr meines Sohnes. Nach einschicken in die Swatch Wekstatt, bekomme ich die Uhr zurück. Es wurde ein Defekt am Uhrwerk festgestellt. Keine Garantie, super besten Dank!
