Sumo Arvostelua 

Tried calling through to customer service to try and switch from our current electricity provider to Sumo and was put on hold each time for more than an hour. Last call was 2 hours on hold and just gave up in the end. If they don't answer their phone how can they be any good? Unbelievable.

Spoke with Allan, really appreciate the help. sorted me out with the best suited plan for my situation. Great service.

BUT then went on hold 1hr and 18 minutes to get on a better plan also went online and they said ring Sumo So you can see why I will be looking to leave Sumo

Wait in line indefinitely.
Same phone call, two worlds.

No option to update address online in the big 2026. On hold with Sumo for an hour. During this time a message plays over and over, "Set up your new property in less than ten minutes!". Online portal is extremely lack lustre. Also, we got a notice of a rate increase only four days after signing up with Sumo.

Would not recommend if you love your life and want time spent well.

Sumo customer service officer went above and beyond excellence. I was given the right advice and assistance for somebody struggling to pay their bills due to some unfortunate events. Now I will be able to be on track paying my bills on time with a payment plan. I recommend signing up with Sumo they have affordable electricity plans and are trustworthy the best part is they listen to your needs and provide you the best professional service and solutions. I spoke to a young girl whose name was Morgan. She was so very helpful. She explained everything to me and told me about different things. I didn’t know about.her personality was bright and friendly, which was a change from some people that I’ve spoken to.
