Normally, I am a very patient person - this matter really tested me!!
The person who took my call did their very best; was very courteous and kept apologizing for all the delays.
Apparently the issue appears to be internal with staff not being able to have prompt access to the basic info needed.

Not good.
OK, so needed to speak to someone. OMG, called them up. Entered the one time code they gave me and thats when the pain began.was on hold for probs close to an hour. Listened to some AWFUL hold music but EVENTUALLY got put through. Could barely understand the operaor cos his foreign accent was so strong. Had no joy, by this time there was a huge amount of background noise so hung up. Tried a bit later. Same PAINFULLY LONG wait time. Same crappy wait music but this time I got a perfectly understandable and well spoken young lady. I just started to explain the reason for my call and lo and behold I got cut off. Am now looking around for a new provider cos these clowns are a joke.

I wish I could give ZERO stars.
The support is appalling. We have had no internet for 2 weeks. Everytime we call, we are on hold for >90 mins (with full time jobs it's been hard to do this more than once a day). The app live chat tells us to call. We are stuck in a vicious cycle and the team on the phone won't escalate it because I am not the account holder (but I live at this address). SO UNFAIR! We have been paying for a service that we aren't able to use. Once we have access sorted we will be leaving and not recommending this serivce to anyone. In fact, we will be actively discouraging people away from Origin.
