Ordered a sink, delivery was quick but I didn't realise that you have 24 hours to check item was delivered on a pallet, once it was checked it was totally smashed in pieces, poor customer service as they basically said its tough its your fault for not checking within 24 hours. our client really liked that sink and we ended up ordering another one was delivered quickly again and I made the delivery driver wait whilst I opened the package couldn't believe my eyes it was smashed in pieces again and I refused delivery, sent photos of the sink and they sent out a replacement which was delivered in one piece this time and basically blamed the pallet company, I dont agree with that it was badly packaged there end, I am taking this further after seeking advice from citizens/consumer advice.

Not happy with your reply your customer service is reallypoor, the delivery driver of the first broken sink parked outside my house and he put the sink on a trolley and dragged it up my drive way the sink was obviously already broken your end as the second sink was delivered in pieces and this time the delivery driver parked on my drive way.

The information I needed was supplied and was supplied quickly. Thank you.

My Perrin and Rowe tap arrived as advised. Now fitted and extremely pleased. Very good service from this company.

Amazing service by Richard who helped us immensely when our kitchen provider let us down with the sink - we needed the sink asap as the worktops are being templated today - ordered at 14.20 yesterday (18/10) received 10.15 today (19/10) thanks so much our kitchen installation is back on track and the sink is perfect and if excellent quality

Ordered a sink that proved too large.
Spoke to Richard who was exceptionally helpful at working through what we needed, how to return the original order as well as arranged for the new, smaller sink to be delivered super quickly.

I was looking to buy a sink and tap and had a competitive quote from another company but was concerned that the delivery period was up to 7 days which was potentially going to hold up our build. John at sinks-taps.com was able to get within £10 of the quoted price and Richard then upgraded the delivery free of charge so the items should arrive with 48 hours. Many thanks!

Excellent! I would highly recommend sinks-taps.com! We received expert advise on everything that we required for a full bathroom suite & at a fantastic price. It arrived the next day within the time slot we chose. Everything well packaged & no damages. Then even when we needed to return a product & get a replacement (our fault) it arrived the next morning trouble free !

Bought an Abode granite sink and an Abode tap. Both arrived undamaged on a pallet. There was a big sign that said the driver should wait while I inspected the goods but, in the short time it took to read the sign and access the contents, the driver and her lorry were gone. I attempted a couple of times to call the number on the big sign, but there was never any reply. So, ordering was easy, goods were great and prices excellent, but the delivery process was slightly comical and I'm left with a pallet to dispose of.

A huge thanks to all the staff at Kad not only were they the cheapest the delivery service was outstanding, our new bathroom was ordered delivered,fitted and working in 48hours. The bathroom furniture even arrived the next day before the plumbers did! How’s that for service! Will definitely recommend and be using again

My existing tap seemed to be made of water soluble material and started leaking in a number of places. It was made by a well known sink / tap manufacturer with a name beginning in F.
Decided to replace said tap with pure stainless steel version from this company. Wasn't cheap but was exactly what we wanted.solid, robust stainless steel kitchen tap. Was delivered in a short time and as ordered. A really nice tap which will hopefully last for years.

Fantastic service the online facility was available very early in the morning and John who I spoke to was very efficient and friendly and managed to deal with my query and leave me feeling completely happy with the service I received. Look forward to receiving the new sink 😊

Feel misled over delivery times and found customer service/management really condescending.
Next to item it said delivery 4-6+ weeks. I took that it would be around 4-6 weeks given a couple of weeks. Instead they have a banner down in the description (which i didnt need to read) that says this actually means 4-5 months!! He saw no logic in rephrasing to 4-5 months. Or even 6+ weeks. I'm now at 12 weeks. Another 8 to wait.

I received wonderful service from Richard when I purchased my sink and he was also very helpful after and went above and beyond to resolve my query. Fantastic service i would recommend!

Awful company - website said item was currently available, but with a delivery within 4-6+ weeks...turns out its not available and the '+' means its not actually within weeks, but could take over 6 months to arrive!

When I raised the timeline an issue for us (as moving into a house with a young family - we need a kitchen tap!) and how the clarity of their website was very misleading around these timelines, I was treated to a barrage of abuse on the phone by a member of staff who then refused to let me speak to anyone else and hung up the phone.

They have still not addressed the issue around delivery timelines and appear to not care about how appalling threatening and rude their staff are. Avoid.

Edited to add - as you can see from the reply below - charming company to deal with. Their ‘red banner’ is only visible on website, not on their mobile site (on mobile it’s hidden in a section at the very bottom about product details, not even in the delivery section, which you need to scroll down multiple times and then open to see). But rather than try to find a helpful resolution to this, they have been rude and abusive. A really unpleasant experience and evidence of how poor customer service makes all the difference.

I never leave a review but Richard at sink-taps patiently listened to my tap questions and he could not have been more helpful going through the different options. Thank you. I look forward to getting my order. Thank you.

UPDATED TO SAY THAT AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY VIA FB, I GOT A QUICK RESPONSE AND THE CORRECT PARTS SHIPPED👍 Ordered a bluci filter tap but tap only last year for my new kitchen. Now ordered complete filter kit but only replacement filter turned up, no fixings nothing. The plumber I paid to install it today could not install it. Out of pocket!!! Order 9979838
