Outstanding. Received item one day after ordering with free delivery. Franke item considerably cheaper than anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery

I ordered a replacement Villeroy & Boch kitchen sink from TapsUK. Their price was lower than that of competitors and the delivery, free of charge, occurred within two working days of my order. An email enquiry the day of my order was answered immediately (and helpfully). I received an email on the day of dispatch - the next working day after my order had been placed - giving me information about delivery and tracking. The company making delivery were excellent, where so many these days are not: their tracking worked perfectly and the person making the delivery was helpful and considerate, giving me time to check the contents of the package. I thought customer service was very good indeed.

What amazing service

What amazing service
Once we got through to the advisor and they checked up on our request to confirm the product we wanted was in stock by us sending a picture on email which they checked on the spot and confirmed correct sink and next day delivery for a small fee
it was faultless A-Z
from top class packing to on time courier delivery next day. I would highly recommend Taps uk and the delivery company

Excellent service

Easy to order. Tap hole cutting service was a bonus and it ensured we didn't damage the sink doing it ourselves. Excellent customer service and delivery.
