I ordered a kitchen sink and tap in mid September and payment was taken for over £300. I received no confirmation of order and two weeks later had to order elsewhere. I contacted by email and phone for a refund but received no reply. Am now pursuing through the payment provider.Quick response from seller and being resolved. Sounded like a system error.

So over 5 months since I posted my negative review regarding this company's response and an offer of a goodwill replacement (as my Franke tap was theoretically a week or so over the 1 year guarantee) on the understanding I would remove my critical review - I have still not received the promised cartridge replacement. Last email was in June asking for my postal address. Used the live chat today - answer being they have found all the emails and will pass to another team for review and then calling but the line rings out and cuts off. Yes they have great prices but God forbid anything goes wrong - this is a tap with a retail price of £580 - I paid something in the £300's - deplorable customer support.

I’m really happy with my experience! My Franke sink arrived within two weeks, well packaged and in perfect condition. The customer support team was excellent throughout the process. Every time I contacted them, they were helpful, attentive, and kept me updated on my order. My parcel arrived today, and I couldn’t be happier. Great service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the induction hob purchased. No English instructions included, but these were available from the AEG website.

Modern kitchens offered a number of alternatives, one of which I chose.
My second choice was deliverd within 24hrs.

There was a delay in my product which was out with MKA’s control but they kept in touch and communication was great. I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

Very straightforward and efficient ordering service. Kept me updated re the order and delivery dates. Parcel was extremely well packaged, and the delivery was super fast too. The carrier APC also kept me updated and delivered within the 2 hour window they had stated.

Would have given 5 stars but long dispatch nearly two weeks to receive order. Item arrived broken, contacted customer service by chat and email and received quick assistance. Sent item back and received new one shortly after. Can recommend
