Elmes Properties.

We ordered a tap from Sinks-taps.com, we were then told the tap had arrived with them damaged and that the new tap would take the best part of a month to arrive. No tap arrived. When chased I was told that that tap ordered had been discontinued and that Sinks-taps would source an alternative. No alternative was ever sourced. I emailed back asking for a refund, no response. I phoned up asking for a refund and was told the order had been cancelled and refund processed but would take 5 working days to go back to our account. No refund arrived. I chased again for a refund with no response. Shockingly bad customer service. I know the reviews seem to be positive but I wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole. Still awaiting a refund 2 months after ordering a tap.

A BIG THANK YOU! To Richard whom was a massive help with my purchase of the replacement Tank, filter and fittings needed to complete the installation. Also his patients while assisting with my questions and queries with regards to my purchase. Many thanks Richard.

Spoke with Richard in the sales team who advised me on the right product which met my requirements. The taps arrived the next day and on inspection by my plumber found them to be of excellent quality and very competitive price. Will certainly use this company again.

Excellent response to problems with the mecerator

Hi Richard

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your exceptional service regarding the supply of my new tap, very effortless.

Yorkshire service at it's very best !

James

Great Customer Service on the phone. Was able to have all my queries answered on the kitchen tap and hand-spray I wanted to purchase and got a price match. Products were well-packaged and were delivered within the time-scale stated.

We chose this 3 way (hot, cold and filtered) tap because it looked good and worked at normal household pressures unlike some others which need a booster pump to get a decent flow. Delivery was quick and the fitter said it was a pleasure to work with. It is now installed and we are very pleased with it.

I needed a sink bowl and a mixer tap to fit in my remodelled utility room. This company had what i wanted after searching their excellent website the order was made and the goods were delivered in short order well packed and of the expected quality. The price was very reasonable, all in all a good deal.

They had the Blanco trap in stock so I ordered, I later called them to upgrade the delivery, which they did with no fuss, just paid the extra cost, came next day! Fitted and job done.

I ordered my 4 in 1 tap on Friday 25th April, it arrived on the following Monday, fantastic service!! No problems, I would highly recommend this company

Nice quick delivery, very well packed and Quality sink and taps at a good price.
5 Star all round.

The items I needed were sourced successfully and despatched promptly for a next day delivery. An excellent and friendly service.

John had great product knowledge and was able to help me choose a range of products and answer any queires I had very quickly.

Immediate response from an actual person on the live chat (not a bot). I was able to have a query answered and arrange a price match straight away. Impressive customer service so far.
I look forward to receiving my order.

I bought the wrong sink and was worried I didn’t cancel in time but no need to worry Richard phoned me and explained a couple of things which also explained the mix up in correspondence. I will definitely buy again from this company because in my opinion the customer service is second to none.
Well done guys
Thank you.

I ordered a Franke sink in the Black Friday Sale, as you could imagine it was a good price. The delivery date wasn’t clear so I called customer services; they answered immediately and confirmed it had already been dispatched and would be delivered on 26 (today). They called me this morning to confirm the delivery would be between 15:30-16:30 and just before 4 it was delivered. I placed the order on Sunday 24th and it was delivered Wednesday 26th with great customer service. I did see some (very) negative comments but my experience my faultless.

Richard responded very quickly and was very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
