Horrible experience. Beware before renting here. The customer Service number provided to call for assistance does not work. You email and get no response. A lock was place on my storage unit and then taken off. You receive no call back.

Reservation Timeframe is not conducive to students reserving that are moving out of the Dormitories. It would only let me reserve three days out. When I called, I was told I could reserve 17 days out??
