The manager Nakia was very welcoming…
The manager Nakia was very welcoming and helpful, she explained everything about the lease and what's expected. The facility was very clean. She also helped me with the uhaul rental. I was very impressed with the services especially coming from another storge facility that does not have staff on site.

Took my money but cant move in
Gave me an option to move in on Sunday, but needs me to come in and verify ID? And they are not open Sunday, so now I cant move in til Monday. Although, they had no problem taking my money.
